They are very professional and friendly! They have relocated my furnace up in the attic and installed my new HVAC system professionally so I get some more room for storage from the old furnace container. Also, Renales handled all my requests to relocating ducting and vents without any complains and provide speedy service whenever I call them to make an appointment. This is the first time for me to deal with HVAC system and I feel super lucky to have Renales as my first HVAC service company in the area. Definitely I will continue to use their service in the future and I do highly recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC services in San Diego.

Our AC went out and a friend recommended Renales. They came out within a day and got the issue diagnosed. I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg and to get up sold but got the exact opposite. They could of easily told us we needed a whole new system since ours is fairly old but they faulty part in the AC and got the part ordered within a day. AC is back up and running again for a really good price. Highly recommend these guys. Very straight forward. No up selling, responsive, and quick work.

These guys were the best to work with. I had to change dates/times with them on several occasions to coordinate with the landscaping in my yard and they were extremely flexible and did it all without one single complaint. I even asked them to change out the condensing unit to a different type AFTER they had already dropped it off because it was too big for the area I originally planned and they replaced it quickly with an even better unit. Super great team of people and I would recommend them to everyone that asks. It was a fantastic experience. Thanks guys!

I've hired Renales both for annual AC cleaning and for a repair. They've been excellent both times. For the repair, they let me know the part was under warranty and even took care of it. They're also knowledgeable, courteous, and work in a way that evokes my confidence.

Elkan, the technician, was so detailed and articulate with his description and diagnosis of my HVAC problem. I appreciated his taking the time to evaluate my A/C issues. He was prompt and courteous. He was respectful of my carpet by wearing booties and placing tarps to catch any debris that fell. . I will recommend this company to family and friends.

Good Quality and Good Value, not known at the time of my review. This is first time using your service and this was your initial inspection call for a repair. So, I just haven't gotten to the point of going ahead with the work.

Fast, efficient, and great service! They sent out a guy to get us a quote the day we called, and had everything scheduled within a week to completely replace our broken AC unit and heater.
