Fantastic job, and very patient with our HOA’s delay and petty requirements. Basically, this was a relocation of our neighbor’s air con unit from under our window to their’s. Should not have been an issue and a very easy job. But it took the HoA over 12 months, after we first contacted Renales to do the work, to issue a permit - the unit is in the garden not attached! Renales complied with each HoA condition added without a complaint. Amazing. Thank you, Renales.

The service rep (Elkan) was great. Troubleshot the problem to a bad capacitor and our unit was up and running soon after.

Renales Heating and Air recently replaced my old noisy AC, and furnace with a new 20 SEER Variable Speed AC PRO X-Series heat pump, and a Carrier Performance 2 stage furnace. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and customer service Renales Heating and Air provided.

Ryan came out and provided the quote. He was on time, listened to what I wanted and didn't try to up sell me or waste my time with a long sales pitch. He emailed me with a competitive quote the same day. Throughout the whole process Ryan answered my phone calls and responded to my texts in a friendly and timely manner.

The overall project needed to take place in 2 phases because I was having my yard being remodeled at the same time and I wanted to replace the existing concrete around the AC with pavers. Elkan came out the day before construction started and removed my old AC unit. I scheduled them to come back out 4 days later based on the timeline my landscape contractor gave me with an additional day in case there was a delay. The landscape company didn't complete the project on time as promised. Renales worked around the delay and went above and beyond. The owner Ehly came out with Aaron and Elkan that Saturday morning to help complete the work so I wouldn't have to wait several days for their next available appointment. Thank you Ehly and the entire crew at Renales!

Renales gave me the best quote and were able to book me in a timely and efficient manner.I had a slender state of the anrt unit put in and it has been effecient in cooling my house faster and more efficiently. The technicians installed new duct coils and I can feel the difference in the flow of air throughout every room. The install was done in a little over half days work. The guys quickly got the job done and were professional throughout the whole process. My home is now back to being at a desirable temperature.

Elkin, is the service representative, who is very polite and courteous. Elkin, knows his business and he is very proficient. It does not take him long to correct a problem. He actually listens to the customer concerns and needs. In these times great Customer service is needed. Also Victoria is very courteous. She does just what she says she will do. If Victoria tells you she will call you back or seek to get an answer to your question. You better believe that she will call you back. Elkin and Victoria are an asset to Renales Heating and Air.
