ASI, The White Glove Guys

My tankless water heater was giving an exhaust error. My tech was very nice however he never tried to recreate the issue or clean the exhaust vent. He called the manufacturer and his recommendation was to replace the unit and he said my water regulator needed replaced with an estimate of $6000.00.
I got a second opinion by a local plumber who tested the water issue, cleaned out the exhaust vent and replaced my water regulator. The hot water issue has resolved. He charged me $650.00

I saved a lot of money and will not use ASI Hastings ever again

Aaron was awesome. Always nervous to use someone for service for the first time. Have seen ASI commercials on TV many times so used them and completely satisfied with the service. Would have no problem recommending them to my friends or family. Very satisfied with the service and price.

We purchased a new heating and air conditioning unit. They have performed well over the past year. We also subscribed to their customer care service and get our units checked once a year. The service men are always on time, friendly, informative and professional.

I did not have a heating or air conditioning in my 1150 sq ft home.
I called ASI and they sent Greg Nett (Comfort Advisor) to my home to talk to me about options. He was on time for the Appointment and was very helpful in helping select what I needed for my home, he gave me several options to choice from and explained what the process would be I agreed to put in a unit on Thursday and the had a team scheduled for the following Wednesday for full installation.
On early Wednesday morning I was sent a text with the picture of the lead installer Robert Peters telling me they were on the way. They arrived shortly after and were very professional about the installation. Robert explained what they were going to do and asked if I had any questions before starting. From start to finish he and his team (2others) were polite and careful while working. When they finished installing Robert Peters came in and made sure I understood how to operate both air and heat and didn't leave until he was sure I was comfortable with operating the remote. I am 70 years old and have seldom seen this quality of work and care put into a job. I highly recommend ASI.

I had tried a couple of other services. They both wouldn’t quote a price until they were here and then quoted ridiculous high prices.
Then I called ASI and am so pleasantly surprised. Sebastian was amazing, very professional, on time and just a great guy!
The price was one sixth of the other guys quoted. The ASI price was quoted on the phone and again when he arrived also on the website. He even gave a warranty. I’ll never call anyone else for my plumbing needs ASI THE WHITE GLOVES GUYS. Are the best at an amazing price and totally honest!

We have purchased our solar panels from this company and that was a huge deal for our family. Unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing, nightmarish, to be exact. We had to go through hoops to install our solar panels in 2014. This past August, we found out that they only worked for 1 year. We spent tons of money for absolutely nothing. Besides that, we sucked it up and tried working with ASI. Their communication skills need an update and their customer service needs to be reviewed. I am thinking about legal action with this company. I am also advising my family and friends not to use them. :(

Your ASI guys made this a good experience. Michael (Tech) arrived on time ,and performed the tune up inspection. He called the Advisor (Greg) to come and talk to us about the condition of the heater system. When he arrived, he noted that HE had installed our heater years ago. Although we had no 0-plans to purchase a new system he advised us of the need for a new unit. There was no hard sell. Wen were set for installation in two days with a 8 AM appointment. We were notified that the installer was out sick this morning and another team could come in the afternoon. Thanks for letting us know. The installers came that afternoon and again they were a joy to have in our home. Respectful,, happy, and gracious as they did the job.

They came on Thursday to do a water heater service, fix a toilet and shower temperature issue. I gave them all the information for parts on the toilet and the shower and they had fixed the same problem in my other shower so they had that information as well in the file. They came on thursday the 2nd, they completed the water heater service, but did not bring any parts to complete the other two items. I was told they needed to order parts, I let him know that I had given them all the information not sure why they didn't already order the parts. OK, so made the appointment for Monday. They showed up, repaired the shower, but had ordered the incorrect parts for the toilet. No one called me today Tuesday, so I called them. OH....we will be there tomorrow to fix the toilet. We had to order the parts.... The service person on Monday said they found the parts in LA. It remains to be seen if they will be here to fix the toilet tomorrow. Disappointed in their service and lack of communication. Please note the service people that came to house were very nice and respectful. The office is letting their service techs down.

I received exceptional service from a technician named Wesley Williams. He was on time, communicative, and easily explained the problem in a way that I could understand.

If you need any of their services, I highly recommend Wesley for his professionalism to take care of your home maintenance.

I'm glad I called, got the sservices scheduled quickly, and moved on to my next task knowing ASI The White Glove Guys would relieve me of the stress of a leaky sink!
