My refrigerator was not cooling properly and I booked an appointment for one of your skilled technicians to come to my home. Walter arrived on time and was very quick to diagnose the problem and complete the repairs needed to get my refrigerator working again. Great guys arrived same day for leaky fridge emergency. They were professional and took care of my appliance as if it was their own, putting in extra care/protection to ensure the issue does not reoccur. Will definitely call back for issues with my appliances!

called them in need of an appliance repair service at my restaurant. on their website, they have my location as a service area. the website seemed to have thoughtful and knowledgable information on it so I decided to call. someone answered the phone and I quickly explained my issue. the line was then disconnected. I tried to call back, seeing as that can occasionally happen, but the line disconnected again- without an answer. when I called a third time, again because sometimes lines get crossed, I was met with a message indicating that calls from my area were not allowed. essentially, this business blocked my phone number!

I called back from my land line, because honestly at this point, I wanted to just speak to the person to ask why I had been blocked and if he was not able to service my area it was ok- not a big deal. instead, same guy answered, and then put me immediately on hold and then disconnected me.

such a shame. supporting small businesses is something that I really try to do, but this is downright strange and rude.

Two direct-vent wall furnaces stopped working after 20+ years. I called several services but they had appointments a week away or more. Thankfully I found Ace Air Appliance and they came the same day! They had to order replacements but returned the next business day and installed them in one day! They were courteous and efficient. I will definitely recommend them.

Walter from Ace Air Appliance came out on-time the same day to repair our fireplace. He diagnosed the problem as a failed circuit board and completed the repair in a half hour. Very professional.

This company saved the day for me! My 20 year old A/C unit was giving me problems every summer and this hot June it just stopped cooling a day before I was hosting a big event at my home. Every place I called couldn't come out for a week but ACE AIR APPLIANCE said they would be here in 3 hours! They showed up, told me what I already knew which was the unit needed replacing, and said they could install a new unit in the morning and make sure the house was cool before my event. I was a little concerned after reading the reviews but I was in a bind and thought I should just chance it and THEY DID A GREAT JOB! They showed up when they said they would, they installed the unit, and my my home has been fantastically cool ever since! Quick response and fantastic service. If your A/C needs immediate attention or replacement, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

Our dryer stopped heating on July4th...YIKES!
I called Ace Air and Appliances and I was hoping to get an appointment for the next day but they offered to come on the Holiday. Vladi was very kind, professional and was able to fix our dryer and save us the cost of replacing. I was also impressed that they did not over charge and the repair was very reasonable. Highly Recommended.
