Cannot recommend South County Air enough! They recently went ABOVE and BEYOND repairing my heating unit that unfortunately failed during one of the coldest spells that I can remember. Knowing that I had an upcoming holiday party occurring, both Zac and Jim spent the EXTRA time and trips to diagnose the problem. They made extra trips to obtain parts, all to get it up and running in time for my party. They truly care about their customers, so lucky to have them in our community and would give them more stars if possible!

Dana was the first point of contact and was able to provide me assistance late on a Friday afternoon before the New Year's Eve weekend after another company was not able to provide a solution. Zack did a great job assessing the problem and giving me recommendations and coordinated with Jim who gave me a fair price for the proposed work. Zack and his coworker showed up on time and installed the new furnace and actually reduce the bill from the original estimate. How many times does that happen? Zack demonstrated the thermostat and sent me pictures of the interior work that was done to show any future inspection. Zack did a great job, assessing and installing. Jim gave me a fair price and coordinated the crew and Dana is the glue that holds everyone together. Great Team, great company and I highly recommend them!

Jim is THE Gold Standard for HVAC companies. I've always recommended him to my real estate clients and for my personal residence as well. Pricing is always fair. The work is completed on time and they always leave the place better than how they found it.

My air conditioner has been leaking freon since installation. Jim fixed the issue with six dollars worth of parts. This company really knows their business. Service was same day, cost-effective and very professional. I recommend them highly.

We used South County Air to fix our air conditioner and I can't recommend them enough. I called several companies and most were so busy that they could have cared less about my business. I called and Jim (the Owner) answered the phone. I told him what was going on with the air conditioner and he gave me a few things that could possibly be wrong and a rough estimate of cost.
