Firstly I approached them for repairing my AC and after observing their service and reasonable charge I called them for repairing the heating system also and this time also they lived up to my expectations very well. So now I only rely on them for repairing my home appliances.!!

Paul is indeed a man of his word! He repaired my AC at a very efficient cost which was much less compared to the others. I like his honesty.

When II decided to go for replacing the AC, I had a headache about the upcoming mess going to happen in the process. But all thanks to Paul and his teammate everything got executed very smoothly which is not a cup of tea. Only an expert can do this. Well, done guys!

Paul was professional, kind, and prompt. (My HVAC broke during a heat wave. Arghh! Promptness was his greatest virtue. lol) My service request was referred to him by my home warranty company 48 hours after I made my report. Paul responded immediately and was at my home late that afternoon. He completed the repairs in one visit. I have had 5 home warranty repairs over 3 years. This was the first time the technician did not try to inflate the bill. I am so impressed. Based on Paul's work, I recommend this company for promptness, thoroughness, honesty, and excellent customer service.

Their filtering service is excellent, and the price is also extremely reasonable. I therefore urge others to give them the opportunity to do their best to serve.

Paul answered right away when I called, no leaving messages. He answered my questions and arrived in a couple of hours, sooner than expected. Found the problem quickly and had the furnace going in no time. I will call him again if the need arises.
