I just want to say that this company is exactly what you hope to get when dealing with such a major purchase/job. From the moment I met sherm I knew I was going with his company not to mention he blew away the the other bids we had and added a brand new water heater. Sherm worked with us in getting us as many rebates as he could. No other company even offered. Sherm brought us a portable ac while the work was being done. Saved us from a lot of hot nights. Sherms team was impeccable. These guys were so amazing and explained everything we could possibly want to know. They recognized faults in the ducting work and reengineered our ducting to create more air flow. Huge difference! They did top notch work and i honestly can’t say enough about how amazing they were. Also, they left the job site spotless. Super clean.The price never changed from beginning to end. I’m so thankful that I got this company. Sherm is a down to earth business owner that understands and relates to what you going through. Thanks Sherm. We really feel super fortunate that we got your company and your team is absolutely amazing! They replaced our 28 yr old system and now it’s like a new world in our house!!

I would highly recommend Proair for your heating/AC needs. Sherm is very knowledgeable and gave us several options to choose from explaining the pros & cons of each without any pushy salesmanship. His ultimate goal is that you are happy with how your system performs. He is especially adept at configuring venting & duct work so that the air is evenly distributed throughout the house. Jose & Pablo did a fantastic job with the installation. They let you know when they’ll be there & what to expect and are very considerate.

Pro Air Inc. took out our 32 year old heater and air-conditioner. We now have a beautiful new system. Being an old house there were some hiccups to consider with a new installation. It was done quickly and professionally! We appreciated the good work and the explanations of the work that needed to be done! Thank you so much!

I am so grateful for this company. I looked up this company online after my home warranty failed to find me a company that I could trust earlier this year. I had suspicions on how long my unit would hold up in the first place as I was having trouble with it years prior and it was a struggle to find a company to get on my roof. Originally Sherm installed a thermostat and from what my husband told me he is very professional, knowledgeable, and kind so I kept them in mind for future. This is the second time we have requested service from them. Just this week Sacramento reached all time record highs of 116 degrees. Our AC unit was not working and it got over 100 degrees in our home. Was super bad timing as we had carpet installation the day before so moving all my furniture was miserable in the heat. They have so much compassion. I spoke with Mindy on the phone and after telling them that I would wait a week or longer if I had to for their company to be able to service my unit a call was made to Sherm and he was out the very next day. This means so much to my family as my husband and I are expecting a baby and I had made plans for furniture deliveries and house projects that week for my nursery. Ultimately we will have to replace our unit as it has serious damage but for the mean time Sherm has it working. I do plan on moving forward with replacing our unit and I can think of no other company I would trust more. We have had the AC/Heating unit installed for over a month now and what a relief! It works great and I have peace of mind knowing I have a good unit for when my newborn comes home from the hospital. Thank you Sherm and team for such great service. We love the unit.

Starting from the first call with Mindy, followed by Sherm and then Jose and Pablo, they were the best. We had an extremely old HVAC system that was over 40 years old. Sherm came in and provided an estimate. His estimate was very competitive. I really didn’t have to shop around. Moreover I was already very comfortable with the service I had started receiving when Sherm came in to check in on our old AC. The heat wave was too much for it to take and it needed replacement. Within a couple days, the contract was signed and a day later Jose and Pablo came to start the work. It was the best experience I have had. They were the most hard working, honest and accommodating people and such gentlemen. Our old heating unit was very big and in a closet in the house. We decided to go with a heat pump in the attic. They did such an amazing job and checked in with me on preference when there were options. I truly appreciate Sherm and his people for the 5+ star service they provided and would recommend them to anyone who needs services from them.

By far the best HVAC installation team ever! Sherm and his team did an awesome job. The new system actually saved me $70.00 in one month as compared to our old system the previous year. And the price that they charged was $14,000.00 Less than their competitors. Yes! Fourteen thousand dollars less! You won't go wrong with Pro-Air! It was like doing business the old fashion way. You know, courtesy, professionalism and darn good work!

Pro- Air did a great job installing 2 new HVAC systems for me and I would recommend them to everyone who wants good professional work at a great price!!

We had to replace two HVAC systems and some underperforming ducts due to age and the repair bills. Sherm really worked with us taking into consideration our budget and what needed to be accomplished. His team was so professional and both Sherm and his team members answered our many questions to our satisfaction. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you have some challenging heating and cooling issues with your home (and we sure did), check with Pro-Air. Their proposal had a number of options that allowed us to get two great systems that met our needs.

Excellent service. Pro Air has helped me with my ac unit since I moved in, they give me a day they can come out and a few hours range of time they will arrive. Sherm is awesome and gives a courtesy call when he is on the way. I’ll continue to use them and I highly recommend their services for your ac/heat needs.
