Thomas provided excellent customer service. He came after hours on a Sunday in the middle of a heat wave to help us out. He explained what was wrong and fix the problem quickly, his rates were reasonable. Thank you Thomas! I highly recommend this company.

Thomas came to perform a routine check on my AC unit and was tremendously helpful. He walked me through everything he was checking and why some parts had to be replaced.

Called on Monday to set up a service call for my home ac unit. Was asked to send my name, address and date/time for service by text message which I did. Set up service call for Wednesday between 10-noon and received a confirming text. Wednesday morning they did not show up or call. Received a call at 2:15 pm from them saying they could make it in the afternoon. Already found some one else for the service. Very unprofessional. I don’t see how they got so many 5 star reviews

Excellent customer service! Didn't have to wait around all day, very prompt and got my repair underway. Fixed in a timely manner and done right the FIRST time. Highly recommend!

Hi I put in a service call to Thomas he came out and right off fixed one of our vents on our roof, 2nd he tested the vent in our front bathroom & the switch which after checking both replaced the vent and the Switch. Great service was provided and any chance I get I refer friends & family to his Business 👍🏾

TC was very prompt and came right away after reaching out about my house being cold. He came and checked out my heater which was not working, immediately figured out the problem and ordered the parts for a reasonable price. He was back to install my motor first thing in the morning and worked in the rain on my roof. He was fast, efficient and very professional. He made the experience positive and I will definitely refer and use him if needed for future services. Nice work.

I bought a unit from thomas , ive had 10 years works perfect! He also maintains it once year for low price !Best company around!!!
