Came and did a connector to the gas stove and replaced valve and cone ger on wall heater. Came exactly at beginning of apportionment times. Was professional in presentation and repairs. Would have him again.

Victor the tech, sent me a text message with pic of his ID card before he arrived to my house, then after performing a complete review of my AC system, he explained to me with pictures of the condition for every key part of the cooling/heating system.
I am very pleased with his professionalism.

I ended up using Sheldon's after two separate companies tried to sell me repairs that I didn't need and would not have fixed my problem (I used to manage a custom A/C manufacturing company so can easily smell the BS). I think Sheldon's is a good company and I have received good service from the 1 repair and 2 maintenance visits they provided. HOWEVER, Beware the 'up-sell'. I was coerced into paying for a '2 year maintenance agreement' in conjunction with a repair they did 18 months ago (which was also done well). The tech who did the repair insisted that I was required to buy this maintenance agreement (~$350) as part of the cost of the repair. I objected but he insisted (multiple times), it was not optional. This sounded absurd and I was sure I was being lied to by the tech who clearly was motivated to 'up-sell' me (likely he got a portion of what he 'sold'). The repair was for a rental and I was a thousand miles away and not due to be be back in town for several months.
I do believe this was a case of an unethical tech and not the company.I failed to follow up on it with Sheldon's management either after the call or when I got home so shame on me. The calls for both appointments of the unwanted 'maintenance' calls reminded and irritated me again that the initial tech had defrauded me, but I felt I had waited too long to pursue it. Based on the other bad experiences I have had with others, I am at least pleased to find a company that can do good work. I do recommend using them but be VERY wary of the up-sell that comes afterward...

Install crew very professional and well knowledgeable. Very helpful and answered my questions with no hesitation. Setting up my install date and follow up was very easy with the help from the office staff, great service. I highly recommend Sheldon’s

My tech Louie was HOURS early (always a great thing) and he performed my regular maintenance as expected & caught a few minor things that needed to be fixed soon & 1 today. Thankfully I have the maintenance agreement (MA) which knocks off 20% so the MA pays for itself right then! I appreciated Louie being HOURS early & explaining everything in detail. Also thanks to the ladies in the office for taking my call and scheduling my service 😄

The house could have burned down. They go above and beyond ~ they were 1K less than their competitors as well. Explained everything in detail. Supplied a full report with before and after pictures. Thank You (2) review is with Joser from Sheldon's heating & Air. I called him in because I kept smelling hot electrical wires. Joser found burnt wires ~ Again builder put them in incorrectly. Joser basically saved us and worked into the night. One of the most conscientious workers I’ve ever encountered and left my home immaculate also supplied a full report with before and after pictures ~ Thank you.

1st time using Sheldons. Called in and spoke to Regina initially and then spoke with Cheyenne to get scheduled. They were both very nice and helpful. Joser came out and replaced my thermostat, added a Air purifier and did a complete maintence on my Ac and furnace. Every step of the way He explained everything he was doing. I will never use another Hvac company other than Sheldon's Heating and Air.
