Victor at Sheldon Heating and Air was Awesome! He fixed my AC unit as it was extremely noisy with a lot of issues. Victor addressed the problem and corrected it. My A/C now runs well. Called on a Wednesday, and they had and appointment set up for Thursday. I know it wasn’t their busiest time of year, but to get a next day appointment is almost unheard of. The technician was knowledgeable, and very polite. Would recommend Sheldon’s 100 times over.

Victor and Alex were great. They got here on time, did everything in their power to keep my house cleaned while they worked. Not once did they talk down to me when explaining anything. When they were done they cleaned up everything. They also showed us before and after pictures. They even told us about the maintenance plan where they would come twice a year to do maintenance (of course I had to pay for that 😊). I would recommend them to anyone. They were my second opinion, but the ones who got the job. Not based on the price, but by the way they explained everything.

Victor showed up on time. Was working on our roof in the rain. He was courteous and knowledgeable.
