We Have been having problems in the evenings with the air conditioning.. Victor came out today and diagnosed the problem then proposed a solution, which we which we will schedule tomorrow. Victor was knowledgeable, professional and was not afraid to explain what we were looking at as he completed his diagnosis. We have been longtime customers of Sheldon's and have also been patrons of their "maintenance contract" for a number of years. Highly recommended!

Victor was our technician this time and he was professional, polite and a pleasure to work with. He discovered very quickly what was wrong with our A/C and fixed it quickly. Can't ask for more. We have used Sheldon's for many years and they always do a great job at a reasonable price.

They installed a new A/C & furnace for us a year ago - just had them out for regular maintenance (included with install). Victor was professional and polite - he answered all my questions and cleaned the compressor and checked temps and connections and changed the filters. So far we are 1 year since the install and all is well - good system and good support from Sheldon's.

I have used Sheldon’s service for years for maintenance and the techs and staff have all been a pleasure to work with.

I have a maintenance contract which is a good value IF the technician includes the vent/duct cleaning on the service maintenance which some technicians in the past have done. But today the technician assigned to the service appt did not do that, although he did check the system making sure it’s working properly and hosed down the condenser unit. Oh by the way, I assisted him with adjusting my 2 thermostats while he was checking if the a/c and heater works (I didn’t have to do this before.) He also did not bring a drop cloth to catch the dirt from attic and did not wear shoe covers (dirty shoe’s inside my bedroom and closet where attic entrance is.)
By the way, the BEST technician that provided excellent service by far was Joser, but he wasn’t available today (or didn’t get assign to me). Overall, Sheldon is a great company and I still trust them.
