Amazing company! I use them for my commercial building as well as all my rental properties. They have replaced ac units, furnaces and now have diagnosed an issue on one of my newest properties and I am hiring Sheldon’s to repair the ventilation system. Honest company. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Service technician did not call prior to arriving. We had no missed calls. Did not check thermostat as stated in the check list. Never came inside to check vent temperatures. Never checked the unit in heater and cooling before he left. Technician had my husband reset the thermostat. Upon arriving came into the house looking for the furnace directed him to its location which is the only time he came indoors. Technician was more interested in selling a surge protector and a compressor start assist device.

I reached out to Sheldon's to service my mother's air conditioning unit and despite our unconventional situation, they were extremely accommodating.

As my husband is in the military and I work remotely, Sheldon's worked with us to provide a military discount and managed multiple correspondences between me, my mother, and a family friend who paid for the service. The staff at Sheldon's was patient and professional, addressing my mother's concerns and even allowing her to pay by check via mail.

Our technician, Victor, was with us from diagnostics to service three weeks later, and my mother appreciated his kindness and expertise, highly recommending him. Overall, a wonderful experience with a team that went above and beyond to provide excellent service.

Tim was excellent! We needed a new circuit board and they had to search to find one. Then it was defective. He drove to Irwindale to secure the last one available. We really appreciate his diligence and expertise. He is an asset to your company.

After submitting a low marks survey they were quick to contact us and schedule service at our convenience. Tech Victor was very thorough and performed service to our satisfaction.

Dean was the best technician. He was on time and was very attentive. He explained everything he was gonna do. Also when it was time to get my service updated, Cheyenne in the office helped me with that. She explained what was going to be upgraded and answered all my questions. I recommend this business

The Technician Tim Clark was very on time, professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he did and when he was finished he left the area clean and checked to make sure my system was working properly. I highly recommend Sheldon's for all your heating and cooling needs.
