Green Comfort

Green Comfort has been our Heating/Air Conditioning go to company for the four years that we have lived here. Though they are good are what they do, Sean's integrity stands out. He explains what the costs will be, and doesn't try to sell me things I don't need. This is a company you can trust--and that means a lot.

Everything from start to finish was easy and fast! From contacting the office to schedule work to the time our request was complete, everything was so efficient. Sean was great and answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. We would recommend Green Comfort to family and friends and will definitely be using them for any future HVAC needs!

We had Micheal come out today. First off, I called the company this morning and they were able to come out same day. This was terrific for my family since we've been without heat since we moved in last week. Michael was tremendous. He was kind and thoughtful. He made sure we understood what he was doing and why he was doing it. Most HVAC companies are not very professional. Green Comfort met my expectations and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend them. Couldn't be happier.

I was very impressed, from start to finish, with his professionalism. I told Sean the problems I was having with my with my air conditioning, and he automatically knew what to look for. Another thing that grab my attention, was the price, (very reasonable) for the amount of work he did was remarkable. When Sean was finished he explained exactly what he accomplished, and also showed me the product he used. I will be using their services again, and I can honestly say I’m completely satisfied!

I had been using another company for about 3-4 years and they charged me for services they did not do AND didn't do what I had asked of them. So, I called Green Comfort and explained what I needed and they came right out and did above and beyond the call of duty. I am very pleased with them and will happily recommend them as HONEST and capable.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our system. They installed it 10 years ago and we’ve never had issues. We had them back out just to clean it, check it out before summer hits and their tech was on time, called to let me know he was on his way, and was very thorough. He was also super friendly and nice. Always a plus when someone is doing work in your house. Thank you again for running such a dependable, great business.

The team was on time, friendly, and left my house cleaner than how they found it. Highly recommend Green Comfort! Can’t wait to use my new whole-house fan!

A/C was not cooling and thank God I was able to get an appointment within two days. Customer service was great from start to finish, including when I accidentally put in the wrong address (it was midnight and I was sweating to death when I requested the appointment, please cut me some slack!). Luckily the fix was a quick one and affordable, and I am watching the temp go down for the first time in days. The technician, Marc, was so nice and very friendly and explained exactly what was going on so it was clear what I was paying for. Highly recommend!

P.s. Tell Marc I said "Go Ducks!"

Mike from Green Comfort was wonderful! He did a great job, was very polite and his quote was very reasonable. I had received a quote from a different company and for over a year I went without my air-conditioner because the quote was so high. I am so very happy I called Green Comfort!! Thank you Mike!!!

I called Green Comfort thinking we needed to have our thermostat replaced ... the unit would just not turn off.
Well, it turns out, it was my error that the unit did not turn off, not a faulty thermostat. I had switched the fan on and failed to switch it back off .... duh!!! My bad. Anyway, had it been another company, they would have taken advantage of my stupidity and capitalized on it and gouged me for a new thermostat. Not Green Comfort, ... instead they acted with full integrity and just pointed out the simple solution.

Needless to say, I would highly recommend them to all that cross my path. And I, will surely use them again. They are permanently added to my service providers list.
