Manny and Omar were on time and worked hard all day installing a new heater. They also fixed a problem we had with our duct system. Made sure everything was clean before they left. Mike was great! When I called to make an appointment to get my heating unit looked at and possibly repaired, I was originally going to have to wait a day or possibly two depending on the weather, but he actually came the next day. I was pleasantly surprised and really appreciated that. The woman who answered the phone in the office was super nice and helpful too. I will definitely be using Green Comfort for my HVAC needs in the future.

Sean picked up the phone after hours when nobody else would and came out in a storm that nobody else would and had my heater fixed in less than 16 hours from the time of call with the help of his team. Omar and the owner are incredible. They came into our house on time, provided their services and went above and beyond to address issues. They are extremely responsive. Professionally, they also take care of the house with appropriate lining of the floor, boundary protectors to avoid damaging walls, and also cleaned as if no one came into the house on their way out. I called Green Comfort HVAC upon recommendation from a neighbor. Sean Gagen (sales) was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and concerns. In the end I felt comfortable in placing an order. We went with Trane and within a week Sean sent a crew to my home in their shiny new service truck. That was the beginning of a good relationship with, I would say, a great service/installation team. Omar and Adrian are top-notch hard-working HVAC techs. It only took three days to complete a tear-out and installation of a completely new system including all new ducting. Omar and Adrian were always on time and worked non-stop to do a superior installation. No short-cuts were taken, and I was always given timely updates on their progress. The team's work was clean and neat. I am very pleased with the entire experience. I would highly recommend Green Comfort for any HVAC work.

Michael, the service technician, explained everything that was going on with my system, showed me proof of the repairs needed, and did not exert any pressure on me to complete the repairs—at a fair price.

He was very friendly, courteous, and left the area he worked in very clean.
