Axel came out. He was AWESOME! I had an air filter upstairs my husband was going to replace (not at all why he came out) and he replaced it. Then took the dirty one to his truck so I didn't have to deal with it. He was here for around 2 hours. He even sent pics to me of what was happening in my attic (I can't get up there with my fractured femur) so I could see the problem. Benny, you have an awesome employee (Benny is the owner). Thanks Axel.

All I can say is I think they're expensive. A 989.00 bill for 2 small parts and free-on for my AC and he was here 30 minutes. He also told me my heater was shot and I needed a new one. I asked how much, he said 15,000. Wow

The technician arrived on time, checked my furnace and promptly pinpointed the problem. He replaced the transformer and did a check on the other components and issues were resolved. I strongly recommend this company. Thank you for the great service!

Returning customer! Great experience! Our AC broke on a Sunday and they were even willing to come out that day, we were able to wait until the following business day though. They came on time and the courtesy call from the office for when they were on their way was very helpful! Technician was very friendly and helpful. Explained everything to me and pricing was very clear, which I appreciated. Have used them in the past and will use them in the future.

What I like best about this company is they came the same day. Our heater wasn’t working and they made it a priority to come out and get it fix. Thank you so much!

Good experience and would recommend! Showed on time, friendly and gave much needed advice. I had family down for Christmas and they were able to come out on the 23rd to get our heat up and running!

I want to thank the installers Pedro,Fernando and Andrew. They were professional, hard working, friendly and very clean. They replaced my AC unit along with the furnace, it was a big job. I also wanted to thank Christian as well, he was timely, knowledgeable and friendly, he followed up with me on install day and then the day after to assure everything was okay. I highly recommend Aire-Rite and their services.

They were excellent and Mario and Logan did a fantastic job installing my new air conditioner and heating unit. Everything was explained perfectly. I only wish it was so expensive. But in the past I’ve experienced “You get what you pay for regrets for going with the least expensive quote “ I must say the service was excellent!

Called company for free estimate on model choices for new air conditioner and furnace install. Benny, introduced himself as owner came Sep 3, 2020. Claims new detailed and itemized quotes I requested "would come sometime next week". Next week came and went, with no response. I sent another email Sunday night after week had passed reminding him of the situation concerning timeliness and requested same quote. No response. So I called the office 2 days later on Tuesday to state failed advertised "free" quote to attempt to get another service tech. The office response was just horrific and even worse. I got into a full fledged argument about a free quote. Really about a free quote? Now it seems the office was resisting about giving a detailed and itemized free quote and said " we won't give the quote until we are the last offer". Really? After the technician already said and promised what he was going to do and reneged, after whats being advertised as "free quotes" I have to jump through a conditional hoop and office is changing the rules as we go?
