SHOP AROUND!! Get quotes from other contractors and don't get ripped off by this guy like I did. He charged me over $800 to fix my AC that stopped working the next day. I contacted other companies and had 4 quotes ranging from $250-400 for the same exact work he did. I had to argue with the "manager" Benjie and threaten to file a complaint with the state Contractor's Board just to get a partial refund on my extremely overpriced service.
I had WORKING INSTALLERS come out and fix my AC.
So buyer beware and definitely get additional quotes.

Called to make an appointment for regular maintenance on the new HVAC system they sold and installed. I told the receptionist I'm available Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays. They had nothing available until Monday April 13th (almost 2 weeks). 5:30pm Saturday (4/11) I received a voice mail from Benny who said I was on the calendar for Easter Sunday (4/12) and they wouldn't be able to come? I called him back on left a voice mail to tell him my appointment was for Monday. I then called the office to notify them of their mistake and that I would be expecting someone from their company on Monday. Well, my appointment time frame (8-12) has come and gone without contact from Benny or the company. You can draw your own conclusions as to how this happened or why they failed to follow up today.

Benny the owner came out same day, and on a last minute house call. Thats putting the client first and goes far in my book. My AC compressor stopped turning on and my house was a furnace. I have little ones and a pregnant wife, EMERGENCY CALL if you ask me. Not only did he come out same day, but was in my home and fixing the issue under 2 hours from my initial call. Thanks Benny you came in clutch and my AC is pumping ice cold.

Outrageous prices for parts. I got charged $300 for a $30 contactor. Always shop around.
