Honrath and Stacey are first class, skilled, and highly professional. We have used them for years on several different houses. They did an amazing (I thought) repair once on our 90 year old home repairing a cracked 3” cast iron drain line that broke between floors. Very good old house plumbing problem solvers and I have 100% confidence in the quality of their work. I highly recommend them.

For $150.00 I Schedule for service and he come in and didn’t do anything. I asked him to clean the system. His response was I don’t have much time left on my 1 hour service cause it took him 20 minutes to get here and he been at the house 20 minutes. Therefore, no time left to do anything else for me.

Absolutely awesome. Called them one morning. They contacted my tenant and took care of everything. Very helpful. Will use them in the future for repairs and service work.

We ere extremely happy with the furnace replacement that Honrath & Stacey provided, and the price was very reasonable compared to other quotes. Joey was very responsive to my initial inquiry and his ongoing communications were prompt. He and his team did a great job of installation.

I have worked with Joey on several projects over the last several years. Most recently he replaced our furnace and upgraded the duct work after moving into this home. Our furnace was having issues and a new one was installed by Honrath and Stacey Pluming and Heating. Joey was very quick in responding to my voicemail and after inspecting the furnace he gave me several options. We opted to get a new furnace and Joey took care of all the permit and inspection requirements. The removal and installation took one day and Joey was very professional and respectful. I would recommend him in a heart beat for any pluming or heating need.

Joey and Jordan are very personable and professional and were able to provide a workable solution in my home in the parameters they were given. Communicating with me and cleaning as they worked really made be feel good about hiring them. The installation was more than satisfactory.

A few years back our heater failed us and we called several heating companies to help us but most of them were pretty flakey. They didn't want to come and work on our house because of our location or they scheduled us but didn't keep the appointment or were plain rude. Of the companies that did come out all of them were booked through the winter.

Honrath and Stacy were responsive and kept their appointment and easy to work with. Once they determined what the problem was, it wasn't a straight forward replacement, they gave us a number of solutions to get us heat. A couple year later we went with them again to replace our water heater. Totally recommend them.
