These gentlemen were amazing. They were prompt, totally honest and didn't over charge me or take advantage of me. We had a strange and unique problem that was kind of complicated and Joey quickly diagnosed the problem, anticipated potential problems with the fix and the potential risks, and came up with a solid game plan. He could have EASILY said, "Nah, we can fix it, you just have to get a whole new unit." But he worked it out and saved me A LOT of money and trouble. This was for a furnace in a rental property that went out during a cold snap. He was on it so fast and delivered incredible service. I will never use another Plumbing/Heating Company again. This Dad/Son duo have my loyalty and business forever.

I was worried our heater couldn't be fixed - I was worried it would cost too much. Neither was true. Joey was right on time, figured out the problem in minutes, actually had the part needed and fixed out heater in no time. It was very reasonable and worth every penny.

Furnace replace. All aspects of this job went well. The price was good, appointments were met on time, the installation was quick and excellent and Joey was curteous and informative throughout. Could not recommend them more highly.

I’ve used Honrath & Stacey Plumbing a few times & I will defiantly use them again! They show up on time, are very professional & when I told the worker who showed up to fix my toilet I told him I really want to just replace the toilet & he said there’s actually nothing wrong with mine it just needed a new float system which is a lot cheaper (trying to keep my bill low), but I said, that was the original toilet from 1942 when the house was built & I really wanted a newer (more modern) toilet to update my bathroom a little. He told me the price to fix the original one & how much to buy & install a new one would cost, but I really wanted a more modern toilet & haven’t regretted my choice to go with the new toilet! Also I’ve not had a problem since!! When I update my house with new water pipes instead of the old pipes I will def call them back! I trust their work & honesty in saving me money! I had a complete forced air heater installed by Honrath & Stacey. I wanted to use a local company, that was not a franchise. It was installed on time an at the estimated price. Working perfectly a year later.

H&S has completed several very significant jobs for me:
ancient water pipes removed and new/upgraded system put in; also
replaced a 100 year old. gravity heater --scheduled removal of asbestos and replaced heater with an updated modern system. Easy company to work with...answers all questions and does good work within a scheduled period of time.

WE have a old house. The person who fixed it was very profecinal and confident. Yet he said wait three months if it works it will be working for few more years! It is passed four months and we didn't have any issue. I highly recommand them.
