I have depended on Honrath and Stacey since 1977 (!) for the best possible service! On my own home and my rental properties! Total integrity: I never have to worry, just call them and my problem is handled quickly, expertly, and at a reasonable, even low, cost!
EVERY SINGLE TIME!! They are a real treasure!!

Oh man! No one wants to call a plumber but when you need one you want the right one and you want him now! My heater went out and I couldn't believe how much my first estimate for this thing was $13,000. I kept calling around and then Joe Stacey came out and fixed it while he was there doing the estimate!?!? $700.00 and had the part in the van! He did warn me it's due for a new one but as of now it works just fine and when it does go for good I'm calling Joe!

We manage a variety of rental properties throughout the East Bay and Honrath and Stacey is our first call when we have a plumbing or heating issue. Joey is always quick and efficient in diagnosing the problem and making the repair, and does quality work.

Had appointments scheduled with 3 other plumbers who didn't show up. Called late afternoon and they were able to get someone to us within a couple of hours due to a cancellation. Then didn't try to overcharge us or up-sell us on things we didn't need. VERY grateful, they fixed our leak quickly and cleanly.

Joey is great to work with, my property management team calls Honrath & Stacey regularly when problems pop up. Joey has made plenty of repairs for us, talked us through how to check simple things that might save us the trip and service charge and been very honest about not being able to fit us in.

Have used Honrath 3 times. Heater repair, heater replacement, and water heater service. Very satisfied each time. Joey communicates very well and gets the work done quick and right. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a problem with our tankless water heater and called Joey. He arrived on time, gave us some options, but a new water heater made the most sense. He gave a VERY fair estimate, the appointment to install replacement was within days, and the cost was exactly the same as the estimate. If I EVER have a plumbing problem, I'm calling Joey!

Joey replaced our ancient furnace with a streamlined more powerful unit. Access was a problem but that didn't slow him down or deter him! The process took a couple of days but the area was left spotless at the end of the day. The cost was very reasonable and Joey was a pleasure to work with!

Joe described the details of what my options were for repairing my heating system. He is direct and friendly and easily inspires trust. He was recommended by my general contractor, and definitely earns that recommendation. Also, he is great with dogs!
