Excellent experience overall. From the initial call to installation. Cody did an amazing job with the instillation and was very thorough with ensuring we knew all ins and outs of our new whole house fan. Highly recommend!

Installed a while house fan. They showed up on time, clearly explained what they would be able to do, and were able to complete installation within a short period of time. They kept the area neat and cleaned up afterwards. The fan works great. It cools off the house within just a few minutes (when before we would have to open up all of the windows and turn on all of the ceiling fans to cool the house overnight). Very pleased.

I purchase the quiet cool fan last year and the flaps didn't open. Cody came out and fixed it within 15 mins. He said the fan has a 10 years warrant and there was no charge. Great service and they were on time.

I didn't give the fifth star, because I didn't get an onsite visit before the installers showed up. I would like to have known where it would be installed, so I could prepare the area for dust. All of the above was not an issue when Cody and his partner arrived early. He did call me to see if it was okay for him to show up early. I gave him the ultimate choice of the installation location, but he installed where I wanted. They did set up plastic sheets to protect the area from the dust from cutting through the ceiling sheetrock by hand., and they vacuumed the area after they were done. I got the Stealth Pro-5.5X. I did get a $400 seasonal discount. I can barely hear it at low speed standing under the grate. At high speed, it is a little louder than the bathroom fan. Everything was completed in an hour and half.

What an awesome experience! I'm sooo glad we had the QC Guys install the whole house fan for us. Cody was the lead installer and he was just incredibly informative and personable. We learned alot and their work was quick and painless and OMG that fan is sooo sooo quiet! I had hoped we had made the right choice and we really did. You can't hear it at all when it's on med or low speed but you sure can feel it! Their was another installer with Cody that was also helpful and friendly. The QC Guys Rock!

We bought a Stealth Pro house fan from QC Guys and had them (Cody) install it yesterday. We were replacing a whole house fan that we’d had for about 20 years that was very loud and didn’t seem as powerful as it once was. We decided that we would invest in temperature controlling our house because the summers are getting hotter and we’re worried about rising PG&E bills (we’re installing solar soon too). The QuietCool fan seemed well worth the cost.

Our house is 1850 sq ft and although a Stealth Pro 5.5 would have been fine, we chose a 6 because the cost wasn’t that much higher ($100) and it moved more air. And although we hadn’t planned on it, we bought/installed the attic fan because ours was broken.

Here are my takeaways:
1. Cody, our installer, was great - friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable.
2. Drew, who I spoke to on the phone a number of times, was very helpful and professional.
3. The QuietCool fan really is quiet! Our old fan was loud and grating. What a difference! Also, our old fan had one speed, and just an on/off switch while the QC has 3 speeds, and can be time controlled.
4. The QC fan seems very powerful, much more so than our old one. We tested it, and I could feel wind flowing in from the open window. I can’t wait to try it on summer evenings!
5. The air intake grill, which sits on the ceiling, is much more streamlined and attractive than that of our old fan.
6. Note that the QC Guys don’t replace drywall (although they do provide temporary patching) so if you’re replacing a fan, you’ll probably need to have drywall work done on your ceiling.
7. The attic fan is quiet, easy to control with your smartphone, and from what I understand, moves a lot of air. Happy that Cody added it as our attic gets so hot in the summer.
8. I can’t provide much more info as we won’t use the fans until the summer, but from my research and initial experience, I think we’ll be extremely pleased. 😃

My first call to getting a quote and all the way to having my Quiet Cool installed and running has been a pleasant experience. The personnels(Josh, Cody and his partner )... friendly, professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable to all my questions to better understand the system.

Contacted QC guys to get info about a whole house fan. Had spoken to another company first and the first company had me convinced I needed 2 fans for the size of my house and my needs. After talking to QC guys they assured me 1 fan should be sufficient, and if I wanted to add an additional fan later I could and it would be the same price as if I did it now. Scheduling was easy, they got me on the schedule within a week. They contacted me the day before to verify the appointment and sent me a text 30 minutes prior to arrival. Once the tech was at my house, he was very professional and efficient with his work. Within 2 hours the fan was installed and working without any issues. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.
