Set an appointment for them to be here between 3-8pm and organized our schedule to be home during this time. They showed up at 2pm and we were not home... they left and never returned during the appointment window. Multiple calls since go straight to voice mail, no return call, no return text. Unprofessional !

i found united heating and cooling on google i call and marcel take my call and hi was patient and hear what i need, we schedule appointment for same day.technitian arrive on time he was courteous and polite tell me that i need a new generator that cost me $250 tech also refer at my blower motor slowing down and made a recommendation to reeplacet it with i will do next wintertime so happy fine a honest company that can take care of my hvac needs
