I arrived in Palm Springs to discover my air conditioning motor had died the day before. I called this company and they sent round a technician within the hour. It turned out to be a new motor was needed. The new motor was on back order for six weeks so we ordered a generic version which they came to install the next morning. Unfortunately the bracket didn’t fit and the replacement was also a six weeks wait. My technician, Joel Oliveros worked some magic and found a bracket that worked and my AC was fixed the next morning. It was 110° outside and Joel was really sympathetic, hard-working, extremely diligent and polite. He genuinely seemed to care about the situation we were in and I have to say he was one of the best technicians I have ever had to work with. Patient and ethical he went above and beyond. I thoroughly recommend this company. I was looking at a disastrous summer but instead my problem was fixed within 48 hours. Champions indeed.

Joey was great - on time and extremely professional. He quickly analyzed and solved our problem in 113 degree temperature. So nice we got the service contract.

We came to our PD house for the first time this winter since I replaced the thermostat, it worked great during the heat of the summer. Well we wound up sitting outside because it was warmer than in the ice box house. My wife was able to schedule an appointment with ease and they showed up within the window promised. As it turns out it was as simple a a mis-wired thermostat but that didn’t stop their technician from going through our entire system, both heating and cooling.
Not only would I suggest them as a vendor I look forward to them being our go to maintenance company!

We had a problem with one of our thermostats not sending a signal to one of our AC units and Steven was able to find the problem and fix it within an hour. He then recommended a thorough maintenance and cleaning of both of our units and scheduled it the very next week. Their service plan is very reasonable for the thorough maintenance they do on the units. Edgar then came out to do the maintenance and was early, courteous and very professional and cleaned up after himself. We are very happy with the service we received and are more than happy to recommend Champion HVAC!

I reached out to Steven and he and his team took really good care of us and for the most reasonable price.
Both of my AC units were dying after 11 years, I called champion and they came out the next day and assessed. We decided to go with 2 new units and they were installed 2 days later.

We recently purchased a home in the Palm Springs area. Not knowing who to call for an inspection and service, I started looking at reviews. I was able to determine Champion most likely wasn't the largest company, but provided excellent customer service and service. I was not disappointed. Amazing customer service. Great feedback on our AC unit - what was good as well as a suggestion for a future repair. No one tried to sell me anything we didn't need. I highly recommend Champion. I will definitely use them for all my AC service in the future.

We have used Champion HVAC for years, since they first started. Mike and Steven are the best and we have referred them to several neighbors who now also sing their praises. Through the years we have had new installations and twice yearly services. Each time they are on time, their attention to detail is above and beyond and pricing is very competitive and fair. We can’t say enough good things about Champion HVAC. It’s great to see this company grow and succeed. It’s been a pleasure knowing Mike and Steven and we’re grateful to be one of their customers.

Champion installed a complete system for us nearly 6 years ago and we have been extremely satisfied! Steven and his team are knowledgeable, courteous, fast, and clean. Because of his recommendations, we have a better product that saves us money and provides more features. I have and will continue to recommend him and rely on them for annual service checks.

I interviewed three other companies before choosing Champion. There was nothing wrong per se with the others but Champion really shone above the rest. For one, they are friendly and easy to reach on the phone. More importantly, when Steve came to give me an estimate, he really spent time looking at our house and thinking through how we use the space to get the best solution for function as well as paying attention to the aesthetics and how to place the units least obtrusively. Since the install, they have been attentive and available for regular service and any small questions that come up. Lastly, I believe in supporting small/medium local businesses and keeping our dollars in the local economy. I whole-heartedly recommend Champion HVAC. 5 stars.
