Champion HVAC

Champion HVAC went above and beyond, before and during the install. We just purchased our home and after two repairs on our AC system decided to get it replaced.

Price- I got quotes on a new AC system from 4 other companies and Champion not only had better prices, but the communication and service was beyond what I expected.

Service- From the get go Champion's comfort Specialist Octavio was friendly, informative and helpful. He stayed in contact from day one letting us know what to expect, from pre to post install, he kept in contact with us and kept us informed.

Install- The AC installers were thorough, friendly and fast. They cleaned up the areas they were working in and did a great job getting every thing going quickly.

In July of 2021 my ac unit completely died on me. Dead of summer in palm springs 118 degree heat. I shopped around and decided that champion hvac was the most responsive and the most willing to work with me financially.
I had a brand new ac unit and fernace installed and all was right in the world... Until the new ac stopped working many many times. Now, you're probably wondering why I gave 5 stars, well, it's because it wasn't champion hvac fault. Every once in awhile there is just bad equipment. They get 5 stars because they handled every situation and set back with professionalism and understanding, helping me feel that my problems were not only valid but also a priority. Anytime something has come up, I give them a call and literally have a tech come same day. I've gotten to know many of the techs and always feel very confident that my issue will be resolved and if it can't be that day they walk me through what needs to be done and the time frame in which they will do it.
It can be incredibly frustrating to spend thousands of dollars on something that doesn't work but what makes it easier is knowing that you have a company who takes accountability and is reassuring. I've seen great comments about Joey, and he lives up to them, as well as many of the other techs I've met, including Mike the owner.

First of all 5 stars is not enough!

My brother used Champion HVAC for his home in Rancho Mirage.
When I told him what I was needing in Redlands he suggested I call them.

After several people telling my brother he needed a new expensive compressor, Champion HVAC went to him and said "no, you don't need all of that" and, with approval, repaired the unit right there on the spot...that was 5 years ago. Honesty and service.

We called and got estimates for the work we needed done from more than 6 companies...I lost track. Champion HVAC came the farthest distance.

Octavio 'had us at hello'. He was personable, thorough, knowledgeable and educational. Once we made our final decision on what company to choose, it was clear that Octavio was a direct extension of the entire company.

We actually had two properties in close proximity of each other. Both needed new systems installed. The crew was just great. I have to name each to thank them... Brian, Luis, Vinnie, Frank, Frank Jr. and David. Octavio was there both days as well. It was obvious they all cared about their work and each other as a team. Each knowing what they had to do and when, going back and forth from property to property. We were sent for documentation, via text, photos and video with every step on each project.

All work at both properties was finished in two days. Michael and Steven, the owners, drove out to meet us for final inspection. During our conversation it was noted that a new roof was needed. I asked about any suggestions of honest and reasonable companies and was given one they had worked closely with. I tried reaching out to the roofer only to be told they did not come out that far.

Between Michael and Octavio they put me directly in touch with the estimator of the roofing company and then followed through to make sure the connection was actually made.

Champion HVAC... a perfect name for a Great Company. Honest with fair pricing and great service...can't ask any more than that.

Have been using Champion since they started the business. They installed a new heat pump system in my last house and regularly maintain the HVAC systems in my latest home. Always polite and on time, I would certainly recommend them.

Champion was recommended by ElectricMan of Palm Springs and they responded super quick to my furnace problem. Tech Joey was totally up front about the issues with the unit (most of which I already knew) and gave me solid options for next steps. I so appreciated his honesty that I'm going to invest in a brand new unit and have Champion do the work. Honest, timely and helpful... I know they won't steer me wrong. Thank you, Champion!

From personal experience, there are definitely some less than honest HVAC companies out there. Champion provided us with a very professional and informative service call.

They certainly appear to be a company you could trust with any of your HVAC needs. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Both professional and courteous. My ac decided to go out and I came across thier company. They scheduled me next day and didn't hurt my wallet, as this was an unexpected expense. Edgar made sure that the job was done properly and efficiently.

Champion HVAC were great with beating other quotes. They gave me great quality AC unit and repair with awesome customer service. I highly recommend there service.
