Ramon was the technician that worked on my system. He was on time, courteous and friendly, and explained everything to me so that I understood. He even wore booties over his shoes to protect my floors. I was so pleased that I decided to do an annual maintenance contract with them.

Champion HVAC, Called them today to have system checked out and serviced before summer hits, sent a technician (Ramon) out the same day, he was here on time, did great work, did not try and upset me, and price was very fair for the work done. Will use again.

Champion HVAC was a company that I chose after interviewing five other contractors. It was not the price that made my decision but more so the representation of the product. I was also sold by the technician who demonstrated genuine care by offering a portable AC unit install that same evening. This was because there was a bit of a wait for scheduling. Four days later when the technician showed up on time and extremely professional, I knew I had made the right decision. Now, I have professionally installed energy efficient Trane heat pump equipment and better A/C than I imagined. Octavio was our sales rep and he was polite from start to finish as a matter of fact most sales people quit their service as soon as the proposal is signed. Not this guy, he came multiple times through both days of install and hand-delivered me the warranty packets. The technician Vince was nothing short of amazing, he’s been in the service for over 10 years and it certainly shows. Lou is also a company technician and very detail oriented his work was impeccable. At the end everything was cleaned up and left better than when they found it. Ultimately, I will recommend Champion HVAC whoever that asked me.
