Had great HVAC/ furnace cleaning service with Steve Crumb and crew today! They were very nice and knowledgeable. Steve could have given me extra charges with my blower on the furnace but he said "it looked good and he didn't want to charge me for a service I didn't need". Very hard to find honest people these days so I would recommend them for sure!

Very happy with our experience with Howie, Will and Steve. They were great to work with. Very personal AND professional. Lots of communication prior to arriving and did a thorough job making sure our ducts, blower and filter were cleaned “post mold remediation.” Definitely recommend using them.

My tenants called and said the AC wasn’t working so I called Diamond Air who installed the unit a little over a year ago. They were able to come and repair the unit the next day. It being the middle of summer, I know it was difficult for them to come out so quickly but they made it happen. My tenants and I are very happy and appreciative.

Anthony and Howie's company is the best. They are trustworthy, offers excellent service, knowledgeable and won't up sell you on products you don't need. I had vetted several HVAC companies, some were high pressured sale pitch rep that wouldn't leave my house unless I signed on the dotted line. I was totally annoyed and asked them to leave. When Anthony came to look at my ageing HVAC system, he gave his honest assessment and provided a list of options. His crew handled themselves with professionalism and were easy to communicate with. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I had the city permit officer come by to look at their work and confirmed that the installation met city code and regulations. Hire them. You won't regret it.

Contacted Diamond Air services after contacting All Air Masters whom we had an appointment and received bad service from. Our central heater wasn't working, they were gracious enough to squeeze us in within the same day and arrived as they had stated they would. They were very professional and knew instantly what was wrong. Our switch was dirty and not working properly. They fixed it within minutes and tested it to make sure it was working properly. We thank you guys so much!! Your thoroughness, promptness and professionalism will be recommending and putting 5 star word of mouth to all our neighbors, friends, families and colleagues!!

The service technicians that came for the service call were more than thorough in their diagnosis of the issue. They took the time to thoroughly examine what they determined to be the cause of the heat not blowing. They explained the steps they took and the issue that was causing the lack of heat to blow. They were detailed, patient, and respectful and I would definitely use this company again.

Great customer service. Had all the air ducts cleaned as well as the blower.
I never had the ducts cleaned before until i had my first child.
I very highly recommend Diamond.They were on time, fast , and honest with there pricing. I will definitely use this service again when needed.

Maintenance was done on the condenser by cleaning it with water from a hose. The only maintenance done on the heating system was replacing the filter. The cost to have this maintenance done I would have expected the technician to do a visual inspection inside the furnace by removing the front panel.
