Our furnace died a few days before Christmas--the worst timing ever! I saw how good the reviews were for Diamond Air Services, so I gave them a call. Anthony was here within the hour, I had an estimate that day, and we were getting a new heating system installed within a few days. Excellent price, superb customer service, he's on-time and communicates, and his team was spectacular, clean, and professional. We could NOT have asked for anything else. Thank you, Diamond! My A/C unit, which was installed by Diamond Air Services, was not cooling after the first summer. I called them and made an appointment one day later. The service technician arrived on time, checked the unit, and concluded the coolant level was low. Since the installation was under warranty, the added coolant and service was free. The people at this company are friendly and they stand behind their work. Thanks!

Very kind and efficient. Anthony was easy to work with, very informative and quick to schedule and appointment. Steve serviced our home and was very informative and kind as well. We enjoyed seeing the before and after pictures! Such a great clean up process as well when they packed everything up before they left. Will definitely be returning in the future. Diamond installed an all-new AC & heating system in my home, after my "legacy" system finally gave out after many years of hard use. They were very professional and responsive from day one. They arranged interest-free financing for me the same day I called, and began installation the very next day. The crew arrived right on time, and treated me and my home very respectively. It took a couple of days to install when some unexpected fitment issues arose, but they always kept me informed and did what they said they would do, when they promised. After installation I had a couple of issues with the thermostat and a breaker, but they came right back and addressed both issues quickly, at no extra charge to me. I am very satisfied with the product and impressed by their commitment to stand by their work. For sure this was a bigger expense for me than I had originally hoped, but Diamond exceeded my expectations by making it as fast, easy and financially practical as reasonably possible. My family and I expect to be reaping the benefits of their hard work for many, many years to come!

Diamond Air Services exceeded all of my expectations and were a wonderful company to work with! They were accommodating, professional, honest, on time, and a quoted us a fair price. We dreaded finding someone to install our AC & heating due to bad experiences in the past but they were great and alleviated any fears. They were able to completely replace and install everything within 2 days and they came out a week after our first call and consultation.
