I hired Diamond Air Service for my entire house's air duct cleaning last December, the crews were prompt and efficient. This year, I called Diamond Air Service again for different issues, just because they gave me good impression last year. The technician Bobby was sent to my house for diagnosis on my old HVAC/AC, the heater doesn't work, the AC is not cool, so Bobby quickly fixed the AC issue, but suggested he can fix my heater first instead of replace my old entire system which I think he is very honest about this advise. When the part arrived, Bobby went ahead to repair my old heater, and their company policy is if this repairing doesn't work out in the future, they will apply this repairing cost toward the future's new system cost which I think it is a very fair, reasonable and thoughtful policy. Thank you to the owner Anthony, and his crews. I will definitely refer this Diamond Air Service to my friends and relatives.

Since my HVAC system is over 25 years old and costing a lot $$ in summer and winter, I decided it was time to replace the entire system. I received two quotes and decided to go with Diamond Air Services since I had a great experience with them before.
I reached out to Howie as he was my point of contact before. Howie put me in touch with Anthony, Customer Service Manager. Anthony called me on the same day and made an appointment to come out on that Saturday morning. Surprisingly, both Anthony and Howie came out. They looked at the old system, the attic (air ducts), and the vents. Both Anthony and Howie were extremely professional and friendly as always.
Anthony provided two quotes (Goodman Vs. Carrier) that same afternoon. I had questions regarding the quotes and Anthony answered my call on a Saturday afternoon!
You can’t go wrong with Diamond Air Services as they will NEVER upsell you anything you don’t need. This company is very honest and customer satisfaction is their priority.
I decided to go with Carrier 5-ton 16 Seer and we scheduled the installation date. Anthony called me last week to see if I would want to move my installation date up since they had a gap. Unfortunately, it didn’t work with my work schedule, so I kept my original installation date.
Howie came out the day before to take more measurements and walked me through the process of the installation day.
Today was the big day and the entire experience was nothing but PLEASANT!! Anthony arrived bright early and again, walked me through the process. Shortly after, Mike, Albert, and two other gentlemen arrived. Everyone was professional and friendly. You can tell this company treats their employees right because everyone seemed very happy!
The installation took less time than expected. Mike was very patient and explained everything thoroughly. He installed the Nest Learning Thermostat, showed me how to use it, and even helped me program it on my phone.
I am extremely pleased with my new HVAC system. It’s nice to have a quiet system and my home cools fast now!

We hired Diamond Air Services to replace our AC unit in the middle of the summer. Anthony came for the initial inspection and explained to us what we needed and what we didn’t need. He sent us a written estimate of the proposal that afternoon. We had received several other estimates that were thousands more and some that were cheaper. However, we decided to go with Anthony because he made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process explaining and answering any questions we had. The price was also very reasonable.

Howie, Albert and their team members installed the new unit in quick time. Howie was there throughout the entire process to make sure we passed city inspection.

The story doesn’t end there. I had some issues with passing city inspection with electrical work completed by a different company (Yelp 4 1/2 star company). Owner refused and finally admitted he did not have the capabilities to finish the job to pass inspection. After explaining the issue to Howie, he volunteered to help me resolve the issues. He was a man of his words. He worked with the city over several months and we finally passed inspection. We couldn’t have done it without Howie’s help.

Apple Stores sure are pretty, right? Guess who pays for them? Their customers. And thru the eyeballs. DIAMOND doesn't stick flyers in your mailbox and billboards everywhere. Which is how I got an entire new system for my condo for a 3rd off the 'big' competitor. And these guys are beyond professional. If you're not getting their quote you're throwing money out the window. Trust me.

Someone referred me to Diamond Air Services for a new heater and A/C unit. I called for an estimate and received a good price. The service technicians were friendly, experienced, and completed the work on time.

I had some issue in my AC that a previous small HVAC company came to inspect. The other company didn't try very hard to find the problem and I ended up paying for a recharge that died out at the end of that summer. The next summer, I limped along on a portable system because I was so loathe to call another HVAC company and pay 500 for a recharge and no effort. That was a hot and sweaty mistake for me. This year I called Diamond Air and they were able to trace it back to a bad gasket within 30 minutes.

Diamond Air's communication, engagement, payment, and feedback were top notch and equivalent to that of a very long time successful corporate "big name" entity. At the same time, the tech engagement felt like a very small town "know-you-by-name" business. I don't know what it is but it felt like they found some secret way to toe the line and be best of both worlds.

My tech came out on time, wearing a mask the whole engagement (early days of Covid) and fixed the issue that the other local competing small business failed to address 2 years before. It cost me less in TOTAL than the other guy charged just for a recharge without fixing the problem. My issue is actually resolved this time!

Beyond the service, Diamond volunteered a discount to me after switching my appointment earlier by an hour and then being unable to meet the earlier appointment. Instead they arrived at the original appointment time. There was no inconvenience on my part and no need for them to give me the discount but they did it just as a professional courtesy anyway. I wasn't able to remove the discount because it was already applied to the invoice within their electronic payment system. The best I can do is give them this review:
