We were extremely impressed by the efficiency, cleanliness, and curteousy of the team. The supervisor answered all of our questions, made recommendations and provided excellent information and navigated the whole installation process. His team worked extremely well in installing our central air in the most minimum time, not to mention, we were extremely surprised and grateful that everything was immaculately clean. They were extremely detail oriented and achieved our goal. Therefore, we are planning to have them come do our other house.

We are so pleased with the attic and crawlspace clean up provided by Element Home Solutions. I'm not sure if any cleanup has been done there since the house was built in 1959. It didn't look that way. The team was so thorough. They went above and beyond and were prepared to deal with any problems they encountered. Other than the machinery noise, they worked quietly, efficiently and safely. Also, they were a pleasant group to be around. Now, with the new insulation and vapor barrier, it looks like a brand new house. We're looking forward to feeling the results this winter. I highly recommend this company - can't imagine that anyone could do a better job!

I hired Element to undo some wrongs done by another HVAC company that resulted in an electrical fire hazard. The Element management was in constant touch with me and the job. Both by phone and email. While Element management was good, Element's work crew was excellent to outstanding. Better than that actually.

They came on time as planned, did their work on schedule as planned, and left the residence in clean shipshape condition better than before, but now with a brand new Bryan furnace, an air conditioner, and new R38 insulation for the attic. It took 2.5 days to finish and test the installed HVAC equipment and attic insulation.

What was most impressive was how the crew of up to five members worked together. It was though watching a choreographed dance, with each partner knowing what to do and when to do it. Led by Gilbert, this Element corps du ballet performed their tasks in an efficient, well coordinated manner.

Not only were the Element crew well trained, they were also well equipped. They used up to three trucks to cart the resources they needed, including tools, insulation, and of course the furnace and A/C. This yet another indication that Element is well managed.

I strongly recommend Element for removing and replacing your furnace, air conditioner, and attic/wall insulation.

ADDENDUM (8/12/22)

Element continues to amaze. Hired them this time to do routine maintenance to ensure the A/C and furnace were in good conditions. Especially of concern was the A/C because of the new normal extreme high heat conditions.

The cost for the check up was $149, which sounds like a lot, but it paid for two employees working several hours going over every nook and cranny of both the furnace and the air conditioner. These guys know their products. One quickly discovered that my new thermostat had been installed incorrectly by a previous company. He fixed it right away. Another discovered a leak in a condensate pipe; that got fixed immediately.

My point in this update is to show that Element also is superior at servicing what they install. Highly recommended.

I had Old Insulation in my new House i Recently bought and had to get it replaced. I got Quote from 3-4 Companies the price was some low and some very High. Element was not cheap or High. But the Quality of Professionalism and knowledge was tremendous. So went with element to get this work done. They were able to arrange to get the work done right next day and the guy who worked in my house were fabulous. they were on time and got the job done same day.

I Might call them soon when i want to change my HVAC System too

Element home solutions was very responsive and gave a very competitive quote. They were on time, very professional in their work and completed the work to specification very quickly. They finished a pretty large job in a single day where most other vendors had quoted multiple days of work.

Eduardo did a great job sharing the options to make sure we installed the best system for our home. He also led the installation team who in less then 8 hour installed the new heater, air conditioning, and air filters. Everything is working great. We can’t believe how quiet the system is. 👍👍

We had deteriorating asbestos wrapping our HVAC ducts in our crawlspace and basement. Asbestos removal companies sent us complicated forms or left the HVAC coordination on us. Then we found Element! Jorge and his team handled the removal and replacement of our ducts, working seamlessly with the subcontracted asbestos removal company. Jorge patiently answered all of my questions and explained the different duct types in detail. They went above and beyond, fixing a disconnected duct, making sure the new ducts were balanced and advising us on some other issues in our HVAC system. Professional, organized, on schedule, and with competitive rates. Definitely recommend calling them!

They did a good job they replace my AC furnace and attic insulation. They did an amazing job from scheduling and completing their project in timely manner. Their estimated price was very competitive and I felt like they the most honest and responsive!! Definitely recommend to anyone in a need for HVAC or insulation.

I chose to have Element Home Solutions install a new heating system. They replaced it with an update more energy efficient unit My house is from 1950s and we wanted more to do keep the heat in a reduce the amount of lose of heat. I wasn't expecting to need insulation, that did not cross my mind, but it was a great recommendation from Ernest. I am well please with this company and they are very polite and professional. Now that I can feel the difference, I decided to talk about it. I am a bit skeptical of things by nature, but I am very pleased with all the work that was done. Thank you, Ernest and team.

Eduardo, Marvin and their team did an excellent job and at a reasonable price. I really appreciated that Eduardo, the foreman, was always on the premises or available. I had all new insulation installed in the attic and a new furnace. I would definitely recommend them
