The Element team was on time, professional, courteous and very organized in their work. They covered work area and did a good job clean up afterwards. Eduardo was very helpful in explaining everything and the entire installation was smooth and quick. We definitely recommend them!

Element was really great to work with from start to finish. I got a prompt response to my initial inquiry for an AC install, and Eduardo acted as my point of contact from initial estimate through installation. He did a great job explaining everything to me, and providing options.

Unfortunately, the flippers who sold us our house had installed our furnace incorrectly and all the ductwork was the wrong size. Eduardo laid out good options for us to either repair or replace the furnace, and the pros and cons of both.

We ended up going for a new furnace, ductwork and adding AC - they were able to install everything in one day. The crew was great, respected COVID protocols and wearing shoe covers whenever they entered our house. Our 3rd party inspection 2 days later was quick and all the work checked out perfectly (<3% air loss, whereas ‘good’ is 5%).

We had new ductwork and a central heat, A/C, and filtration system installed. The quote was competitive. I worked with Earnest who was courteous, prompt, and worked with me to find the best compromises to a couple of tricky locations to run new ductwork both during the estimate and on the single (!) day of installation. They crew cleaned up well too. Despite the necessary chaos of a crew of ten running in, around, and under my house for several hours, it was likely as good an experience as one could hope for.

First, I would like to start with recommendations (if anyone needs any work on HVAC) to hire Element Home Solutions. Also, I would highly recommend to ask for Ernest for your estimate, and all questions that you might have.

We decided to install new AC in our home. We called a few companies who came and gave us estimates. All who came to do estimates, walked around and inside the house, but they didn’t spend more than fifteen minutes onsite to inform their project nuances and cost estimates. We called Element Home Solutions and we scheduled an estimate appointment. On appointment date, Ernest showed up and spent a good hour with us. He was the only one who measured the whole house, opened each vent and looked under the house where the old furnace was located. After he did calculations, he told us we have return vent undersized so we had to increase one vent as well.

Estimate from Element Home Solutions was higher then estimate from other companies, but after we talked with Ernest we decided to hire Element Home Solutions.

Day before installation, we received a phone call about our appointment. The next day crew show up and they started with preparation of the area where they will work and walk and they started with removing old furnace. Ernest also came and talked with crew, with us . Later Marvin came and he was the one who was doing all installations. After they finished their work, they cleaned everything. Marvin tested all to make sure that systems are working properly.

The following day, we had another company came and tested quality of air in our house, so that also gave you a good peace of mind when you know that you and your loved ones are breathing clean air.

Also very next day Ernest called and informed us that he will stop by to our home to check if everything is done right. When he arrived he checked and also he set up our thermostat.

So, two days later we are very happy with quality of services that we received from Element Home Solutions. They installed for us a new AC, furnace and IQ Air Cleaner.

I'm in the process of selling my house in Hayward and, as part of my agreement with the buyer, I was obligated to replacing the old insulation with new R38 fiberglass Batts. After receiving quotes from a few different insulation contractors I decided to go with Element Home Solutions. Their inspector was professional, his bid was detailed and the price was reasonable. The work itself was done in a single day, they kept the house as clean as a whistle and they've really done an outstanding work. Only thing I'm sorry about is that I didn't replace my insulation while I still lived there. I already scheduled them to do my new home in Union City.

I am a REPEAT Customer ....3-4 different times now! This company knows its business. Professional, total courtesy, and meticulous! I have had Attic insulation done, have had Cellar cleaned out...(a few years back, and both are still spotless) I now have installed AC (to match furnace I also had installed with Element.) I have lived in Campbell 55 years plus...and after all this work, in the middle of a heat wave....the house temp is amazing and comfy. They aim to please, and they do! I needed to replace the insulation in my 1960's home, as it was not quite up to modern standards for energy savings- contacted Element, and they immediately picked up the phone, answered all of my questions in a professional and polite manner, and scheduled an in home estimate. They were on time for the appointment to look things over and review our options, and after picking them to do the job, the installers were prompt, courteous, and quick at their job.

A great company to call if you need new insulation!

Attic and crawlspace cleanup and insulation installation plus heating duct cleaning. A very knowledgeable pre-sales inspector recommended a number of improvements. A welcome up-sell. The crew arrived at the scheduled hour and finished before the estimated completion time. The installation team was very professional. courteous, and efficient the installation team. Their attitude doing work that is less than appealing was admirable. Over all, an extremely pleasant experience for the customer, too. The installs were done with high quality materials and from what I can tell the installation technique was perfect. I would highly recommend this company.

The first sign of good quality and performance was the estimator, Eduardo, that came to our house was an installer and would be the job boss. This means that we would be assured getting what we were sold.

The second sign of good quality was the crew
who were well trained and worked as a team. The new furnace, ducts and condensor was running by 4.00pm, just in time for a heat wave.

The final sign that we got a quality job was passing the duct leakage test and City of Oakland inspection with flying colors.

Element was not the lowest bid but was certainly the best and a great value. Highly recommended!

My husband and I are very happy with the whole job that they did in our house. Our house had a very old heater system and it didn't have air conditioner. They did the job in two days. On the first day, they came on time and removed the whole old insulation, clean up very well, protecting and covering the floors, the clothes. On the second day, they installed the new insulation, new heater system and the air conditioner. They were very profesional, and careful with our pets. We recommend them to anyone who wants to have or update the heater or air conditioner.
