From the first meeting at our home to the installation date, everything with Element was super smooth. Eduardo walked through our house and explained clearly what we needed and could expect in a new HVAC system for our hundred-year-old craftsman home. We got three bids and Element's pricing was one of the two lowest--we chose Element because Eduardo had presented done such a professional job with the intake that we trusted him. We were not disappointed. On the install date, Eduardo and a team of installers descended on our house, got everything installed and running in a few hours, and left everything clean. I wish every business were run that well.

Element did an amazing job getting our new furnace installed the day after inspection! We thought we would have to wait another cold winter month with intermittent and high maintenance old furnace. Everything went quickly and installers were very professional. We selected a high efficiently furnace and the pricing seemed about 10% higher than a friend in similar situation a year before but I didn't have time to look for alternative bids. I would definitely recommend them.

Element Home cleaned up old attic insulation’s from half of my home that has not been remodeled recently yet. They were on time, thorough, clean, professional, and great customer service. The positive experiences started with Jorge who came out to estimate my needs twice and did not mind making a thorough check of the attic the second time. The four-crew men who came on the actual installation day today worked hard and had to deal with very tight attic spaces due to the design of the home. This didn’t deter them and they got the job done. We also had an attic vent that was tricky to replace the screen, and the lead on the site today did not hesitated to go back to redo it three time until I was satisfied. Final kudos goes to the office phone person too who I’ve spoke with several times. It turns out R38 fiberglass batt supply is tight these days, and he worked out a solution to combine two layers of unfaced R19 batts to achieve what I wanted without having me to wait for unknown amount of time until the supply is available again. Would hire them again and recommend them for insulation installation!

I hired Element Home Solutions after I have met with two other
companies . I want to have the old sprayed insulation in the attic remove and new insulation install. The person who gave me the assessment was Edwardo and he was very knowledgeable and professional.
The crew did a great job. They were very thorough and just did a great job. They sealed all the cracks in the attic that rodents could enter. They did an excellent job cleaning and sanitizing the entire attic and then they installed the high quality R38 Owens Corning 16 insulation covering all of the attic. I highly recommend them. I plan to hire them again in the fall to clean the central heating furnace.

Eduardo was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. He and his crew showed up on time and ran an effective day of work of an entire heating system: furnace, ducts under the house, return air ducts in the attic, replacement of registers. Even adding a return duct from the family room which was an addition to the house. That was the KEY to warmth in the farthest room. It was NEVER as warm as it is after installation. Excellent experience hands down!!!
