Tommy and his staff are amazing. Honest and straightforward about the services needed and options to fix the problem.

Used this company about 8 years ago also and knew when the time came i would look no further. The time arrived and Tommy was as expected. Replaced coil, furnace and condenser. House has never felt better. They even did a deep clean before leaving and hauled all old things away. And they did additional things that were not discussed to correct previous install from another company.

I’ve used B&W Furnace twice, the first time was to install elbows, redo drain lines and some duct work. This most recent time they redid all my ducting after my attic had an abatement procedure completed and everything was removed. Contacting B&W was easy and Angel responded quickly to setup my appointment. Tommy has been a pleasure to work with both times, he was honest about the work that needed to be completed, clearly explained the reasons why and gave us a fair estimate/price. Work was completed professionally, they were careful and cleaned up every inch of where they stepped after they were done. Tommy ensured that the system was working well before leaving. Highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

The team at B&W Furnace is amazing and wonderful to work with. I spoke to them several times because my financial changed while trying to place an order for an HVAC install. They were understanding and considerate of my situation and gave me options that helped stay within my budget. Tommy was detailed in describing the process and what to expect. During the install, the crew arrived on time and and completed the install on schedule and with a week to spare before the summer heat started. After install, I was given instructions on how to use and advise on how to run it efficiently. I've had my install for over 2-months without any issues. I have had B&W out to repair both my heater and air conditioning unit. Both times Tom was professional and trustworthy. He fixed the problem, instead of trying to upsell new units as the other company I called out tried to do.

These guys are the best in the business! Tommy and his guys are honest and deliver high quality work. They are the only HVAC company I use or recommend to friends and family. They recently fixed my AC and added a common wire to my thermostat so I could run a newer smart thermostat! They will let you know what wrong with your system and get it fixed right.

I have a dual wall floor furnace and I just couldn't get it to work. A friend recommended B&W Furnace Service, Inc so I called and made an appointment and the owner of the company Tommy personally came out to take a look and fixed my furnace. I called to have my Furnance repaired and was very happy with my service. They were very fair, fast and clean! I called around to other companies that were trying to sell me more then I needed! It was nice to have a honest person do such a great job! I will definitely call back and refer them to anyone I know.

Thank goodness for Tommy. He is always quick to reply and very accommodating . Just this week he installed a garbage disposal, repaired a furnace and hooked up the water line to a refrigerator. He is a landlords dream!!! Thanks guys......I could not do it Without you!!!!!!
