All City Heating Air and Plumbing

I received a referral from a friend and All City Heating and Air was one of the best calls I have ever made! James Carthon serviced the central heater for both my elderly parents house as well as mine. James is by far the most honest, trustworthy and courteous technicians I have ever met in the HVAC industry. James not only worked quickly to solve the issue, but he made certain I understood exactly what he was servicing, why it would cost what it did and how the system operated. I am now a more knowledgeable homeowner because of James Carthon. Epic job done here and keep up those high standards All City!

We had James out to look at our central air (heater) after it failed last week. It turns out the blower motor mount had failed and crashed the squirrel cage into the blower housing. It's an older unit, but in good condition aside from the failure. James tracked down a new motor and installed it (and balanced the squirrel cage). The unit runs great and hasn't run this smoothly, and quietly since many years ago. I Highly recommend this outfit.

Tech was a Liar, upcharge, not interested in helping my 83 year old mom. He refused to fix heater, he wanted to charge $1000 to install a new thermastat

James just left my house and I am so happy with the service I received! I called All City because I just moved into my house a few months ago and noticed that the water levels were very low in each toilet. I wasn't sure if there was something wrong with them as they are older toilets and wanted a plumber to come out and check if any repairs were needed. James took his time and examined each toilet to see if there was anything that could be done to raise the water level. He determined that it is just the way the toilets are designed and there is no way to adjust the level. He said there was nothing wrong with them at all and that I didn't need to worry about them not functioning properly and that they are in good working order. He said no repairs or charge would be necessary and just gave me some suggestions of reliable brands in case I ever decided I wanted new toilets that would not have the same issue. I think I'm going to purchase newer nicer toilets and when I'm ready to have them installed I'll be calling All City. Thank you James!!

James Carthon from All City Heating & Air has to be one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. We needed a complete new Heating and AC System. The home we purchased, never had AC and the heater was a relic. We had the asbestos, venting and ducting all replaced. A beautiful brand new heater and of course the best part, the AC unit. James has the best smile, a kind heart, honest to his very core and does everything with a huge smile that will just "Make Your Day!" Mark who works in the office is just as kind as James and is so helpful. Thank you All City Heating and Air. You are simply the best and we are very grateful for you and your Team!

someone came and he seemed like a shady person who I couldn't trust to put a new heater/air conditioner. I called all city and James came out, he was fantastic, great guy, very knowledgeable and worked extremely hard to get my heater & air conditioner working. The city expected a permit for my patio before they could put the heater, James told them about my 80 year old mom's need for the heater and they said to do what you have to do. This was a cold winter, and we where able to be warm thanks to James. Any other needs i have i will contact him.

I just met the nicest man!! James Carthon with All City Heating, Air & Plumbing just came to my home, last minute on a HOT Saturday afternoon at 330pm.

Had an appointment for an estimate on 7/8 from 5 - 7. No show, no call.
I called the next morning to find out what happened and was offered another appointment for that same day from 3 - 5. No show, no call.
Except the guy showed up at 7:15! WHAT?
I would have zero trust that they would show up to do the install if I selected them - which I am not.
