Don't understand why they have such a great rating .. wanted to charge us 13 THOUSAND DOLLARS for an entire new system.. we wanted to get a second opinion, and did. 300 dollar part and a cleaning of our filter is all we needed. It's now blowing at 60 degrees. Thank God we got a second opinion and didn't go into debt because of these people

Daniel and Jordan came by and found out my problem and provided me with really good information about how to proceed and what service to do to fix the problem. They found out my kitchen sink was connected to the AC unit and causing the horrible smell in the home. They diagnosed this and offered a solution for the plumber to do it properly and let me know they can do a deep clean for the AC system. They were also very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Daniel and Jordan!

Good air flow and quality is super important as we are a gym. Had a wonderful experience with Velavi. Whereas other companies gave us ridiculous quotes, Velavi just did exactly what was needed> installed a new thermosthat that can be controlled remotely and fixed the air flow problem we had. Very satisfied customer.

Very expensive a/c company's gave 5 stars for Jordan. But the company does not care about maintaining customers . They also dont listen when. We say something...Karen at office was not listening when I said im not calling this company. Again. I only heard it's not us big company bought us. I dont care. You should still want to maintain the client base who stayed with you even when last year you overcchared . I let it go. Then again. It's overcharge city ... I checked with 2 companies on flux capacitors. 1/2 the cost. It took literally 3.5 minutes to diagnose and change and he was gone.. labor is stupid on a $25 part... I kid you not. I have signed a monthly contract with another company they check start of season and end. They stop to. Check When it's hot. They changed my filter at no charge .. I am happy with my a/c company. Take care. Steal your customers blind and blame the COVId and the big company purchase .. the new owners will like my review because it's honest and I have gotten communication through google maps from other clients of yours and I did recommend my new company. 3 switched already .. glad I could help. You save money in the long run. BYe

I saw a company car driving on the freeway today. They were weaving through heavy traffic without signaling. If a company can't even be bothered to flick their finger to signal a safe lane change, what makes you think that they will put in quality work into your heating and cooling system? Refusing to use a signal shows poor communication, and a lack of care for the safety of others. I would never use a service with such poor communication skills and a disregard for the safety of others.

Tim and Aref came out and fixed our thermostat. They thoroughly checked the system to make sure there was no call backs after. Highly recommend.

We had need to get our ac,heater and ducks clean due to my sons allergies. Went through a couple of companies, and we found Velav. They came through for us in every way. They did a tune up and clean the entire system. They were professional and were very careful when it came to moving things around to get to the vents. We will be definitely be coming back to them for all our ac and heating needs.

Luis Aguilar arrive early and was very professional. He service my heater expeditiously and didn’t haggle me with additional cost. I will definitely use this company again and ask for Luis specifically. Thank you,
