These people were incredible! Both my furnace and air conditioner needed to be replaced. I was immediately scheduled after calling. The estimate was very competitive with the other two businesses, but I ultimately chose them because of their responsiveness rather than just because of the cost. Now that the house is cooling well, I will be prepared for the upcoming winter.

Despite the fact that it was late on a Friday, the owner reacted right away. I was able to schedule a technician appointment for an installation on Tuesday afternoon by Monday, all during a heat wave. The technician provided me with the insurance documentation I required for my building and did an excellent job at a fair price. He was also very professional and helpful.

When I contacted, they advised me to call Pacific AC & Heating rather than sending a technician out.
Fortunately, a tiny valve that had been loose due to the
previous weather had not caused any harm.
Even though I didn't utilize them, I will still call them if I ever need something done.

Even after spending many hours installing my unit, the tech patiently answered my queries regarding it and assisted me in syncing it with my phone. I'm pleased with the result, and I'd highly suggest these two. They are friendly and professional.

The quote was done quickly, and my options were explain clearly. Once we booked the installation, we were able to get and took our Air Conditioner installed earlier than expected. The technicians installed our unit were professional and courteous. The technician who arrived the following week to start up our unit made sure that we were properly informed on how to use it. Very happy with the work. Very neat and tidy. One observation, the time taken to drill the hole in the brick wall took quite a while, not sure if this was due to the quality and hardness of the stock brick or the tool. Otherwise everything A Okay.
