We were very impressed with how quickly a technician was sent to our home to correct our problem. Once He arrived, he diagnosed what was wrong and fixed it immediately. He also had a wealth of knowledge and was able to sign us up for the yearly Preventative Maintenance Plan that the company offers. We look forward to a long relationship with Pacific AC & Heating.

We've been using Pacific AC & Heating for a few years now and the tech has completed a number of different jobs for us including a boiler installation, leaking water pipe and boiler services and all jobs were completed in a very satisfactory manner. He is very competent, trustworthy and reliable and is our first port of call for any plumbing problems. Highly recommended.

Pacific AC & Heating worked long hours to install my new ac and heat pump unit. The tech patiently answered my questions about my new thermostat and help me sync it with my phone even after the long hours spent installing my unit. I’m happy with the outcome and I would definitely recommend these two. They professional and courteous.

The owner, responded quickly even thought it was late on a Friday. By Monday, I had a confirmed appointment with a technician for an installation on Tuesday afternoon -- all during a heat wave. The technician did a great job at a reasonable price and He was extremely professional and helpful in supplying me with the insurance documentation that I needed for my building.

These guys were amazing! I needed to replace both my furnace and air conditioning. When I called, I was scheduled right away. The estimate was very competitive with the other two companies, but I decided to go with them not only because of the price, but because of the responsiveness. Now, the house is cooling great and I will be ready for the winter when it comes.

I was in the process of buying a house. I was passed the inception stage and did not know that our AC system was out. Pacific AC & Heating tech was able to get us a new system for a great price. He was very fair with his prices. We closed on the house on Thursday. He got there the following Saturday and the AC system was up in working later that day. I could not have asked for a better HVAC professional, I will continue to work with James. We phoned Thursday noon about our air-conditioning. Pacific AC & Heating tech arrived that evening to check it out. He explained, in detail, what had happened. We had a choice. He never pressured us on what to decide: a new system or refill the old see what would happen. Given the age of the system, we went with a new one. He arrived and assured us they had one in stock and it would be in place the next day, Friday. And it was! So just 24 hours from reporting to fitting!

He was able to determine and resolve the problem where others could not. Since then Pacific AC & Heating team have serviced my furnace, AC and fireplace exclusively. He is fair, balanced and honest in his assessments and his prices are very competitive.
