I called Pacific AC & heating Repair about my old water heater that was about to die. The person I talked to on the phone was super helpful and polite, and scheduled a technician to come out the next morning. The person arrived within the first 30min of the time window, gave me options for the repairs or replacement, walked me through what each would entail and installed a brand new heater during that same visit. I should also mention that he did offer to just give me a quote so I could compare prices since I didn't have an emergency how often does that happen these days? I'm so glad I went with these guys and not the first company I talked to. Highly recommend Pacific AC & heating Repair .

Pacific AC & heating Repair is an amazing business that focuses on that one headache that we all have encountered, replacing a water heater. Gave the company a call, and the same day they sent out their service tech, and he gave us a bid on the spot and said they could replace the water heater the next day. We had a couple companies bid on the job, and they were as at a good price point compared to the other two. On the scheduled day he showed up and took less than an hour to drain, and dispose of the old water heater, and install a new water heater that was completely up to date with all the current codes. New lines, new gas line and valve, sediment trap, new drain pan and wall straps. Completely painless. If you need your water heater replaced you can't go wrong with Pacific AC & heating Repair .

My water heater stopped working this morning. I messaged Blue Diamond Plumbing & Water Heater Repait and got a quick response. I had further questions, so I was told to call staff. I left a message and he called me back very soon. After chatting about my situation, he recommended I call the manufacturer because my water heater is relatively new. I made it clear that I wasn't really sure what I was doing. He chose to send me down what he thought was the best path even though I wouldn't be giving them my business because of it. That's an amazing level of professional integrity. I will certainly call Pacific AC & heating Repair if I need anything in the future.

I called Pacific AC & heating Repair guys to fix a gas leak about two weeks ago. Despite the very short notice they were still able to come to my rescue. Unlike other plumbing companies I have used in the past, Pacific AC & heating Repair did not rip me off or charge me premium fees to fix the problem right away. More or less, this was an excellent experience. The plumber who took care of the damn leak was professional, friendly and fast enough leave the house in less than 45 minutes. I do not like to recommend plumbing companies as they are shady and hard to trust but this one makes the exception to the rule.

Pacific AC & heating Repair installed our tankless water heater a couple of years ago and have been extremely happy with their product. The service team has been so professional and courteous, explaining how to maintain the water heater. The customer service was fantastic! We were notified if the service technician was running late because of traffic. They made sure that we were updated on his arrival.
