Cool temp heating and air

We are very happy with Ryan (the technician). He is very professional and knows exactly what he is doing. Yesterday we had another technician and was told that we had to replace the furnace. Thanks to Ryan we did not have to do it. Instead Ryan replaced the broken blade and filters and now our air-conditioner is working.

I was a little concerned because of budget BUT Louis' price was great! Not only was it a great price for what I needed BUT they were professional, on time, helpful, friendly and exceeded my expectations.

Louis and his team were careful with my house and surroundings, specially with my flowers. They were considerate of my dogs and noise level. I am very happy with their service and manners.

A few years ago, my husband hired a big company to give us an estimate and when I showed up, there were men in hazmat suits going in and out of my house and we were hit with a crazy bill. Never using them again. Next guy we hired to just service the equipment and he was very inappropriate.
One day I was blessed with Cool Temp. Haven't used anyone else since. I bought a new house and had them relocate my furnace to the attic. Had them install a new system at my parents house and refer all my clients to them. Luis and his team are knowledgeable, professional, fast, efficent and cost conscious. They stand behind their work and that in itself means everything. Can't go wrong using them.
