Bernardino's Air Conditioning

Called because my air wasn’t blowing cold. They came out with in 2 hours. My motor blew out so joe took my old fan back with him and came out the next day to reinstall the new motor and also filled the Freon. They also fixed my heater last November. They gave me great prices both times. I highly recommend them.

My service technician today was Raymond. I've had Raymond a number of times and he always does an excellent job. I could never praise Bernardino's guys enough. Raymond is one of a kind dude that takes service excellence to a new height. He is awesome, very polite, punctual, and knows his craft very well. I am so happy to have a service that I can count on to maintain and service the AC/Heating system! Ignacio was just here to switch from summer to winter and took care of everything, down to checking the carbon dioxide monitor and installing new batteries in the thermostat.

My AC went out and I immediately called Jim at Bernadino's Air. They came out the next day, assessed the issue, gave me my options and let me know up front that a part for an older unit (almost 30 years old) could take up to 4 weeks to get. Luckily for me Jim is very resourceful and found the genuine (Carrier) part locally and was able to fix it within a few days. The technician, Ignacio was professional, focused and knowledgeable. Ray did a deep clean on our HVAC unit. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
