Bernardino's Air Conditioning

I really really like their service. I had Jason do a maintenance on my air conditioning. He was very thorough, he washed the condenser. And even took the leaves out of my unit, so I’m glad we call them. My air conditioning unit looks cleaner and it runs better than before. I just wanted to write this review because Jason was a really good service technician. And I wanted to compliment their company for doing such a good job and having great, enthusiastic workers.

Raymond and Alex were on time, wearing masks and boot covers and extremely diligent in their review and maintenance of our HVAC units. My experience with each member of the Bernardino Air Conditioning team over the years that we have use them has always been exceptional service by superb technicians and we have been totally and completely satisfied!

Ignacio came over to assess a condensation leak from my AC. I’ve had technicians come for this before in the past several years and he was the only one who found the root cause of the leak instead of just clearing the pipe as a short term fix. He explained the problem thoroughly and my options to fix it.

Ignacio returned with Ernie on time as scheduled several days later to install a new AC. They were both very professional and efficient, with the added bonus of being polite. They spent time going over with me what they’d done before leaving and told me to call Bernardino’s I’d i notice anything wrong.

So far, so good. This has been a painless experience and I recommend this company and these technicians.

I can’t say enough good things about Bernardino’s. Our AC went out over the weekend when it was 105 out and Bernardino‘s was the only company to call me on a Sunday and schedule for the next day. I new I needed to replace my old unit but they managed to get it running until the new one arrived. Justin and Rigo came out to install the new unit and were professional, friendly and very honest. They were very thorough, explained everything and made sure the unit was working properly. Highly recommend them.

Our AC broke down right after we had a newborn but Bernardino made the whole process of replacing it so smooth and easy for us. Ernie and his crew arrived on time and were very pleasant and respectful of our home. They did a great job of replacing our AC in the time they specified and cleaned up well after they were done. Definitely happy with the whole process and glad to have a working AC again.

We had to have our condenser replaced today, and Bernardino’s did a fantastic job. Justin came out today and had it done quicker than I had imagined it could be done, which saved us and our small children from having to deal without AC during a valley heat wave. Raymond came out yesterday to diagnose the problem and gave us a fix to get us through the night. Both were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and on time. We have been using Bernardino’s for years, and have had Justin work in our home on multiple occasions as we have slowly upgraded our system, finances permitting. Jim and all of his crew have always been wonderful to work with, and made what could easily have been miserable experiences with a different company exceedingly pleasant. I can’t recommend them enough for all of your AC and Heating needs. Do not hesitate to hire them.

Ernie and his crew did an excellent job of removing an old evaporative swamp cooler that was at least 35 years old off my roof and replaced it with a beautiful new one. These guys were very clean and very thorough. Have used them for our main house and replaced our central air and heat. Awesome then , Awesome Now! Highly recommend this company.

I had a second visit from Bernardino's technician Raymond and Javier to check my A/C unit and they fully explained to me what must be done to lower the cost of my electric bill. They are so professional and trustworthy.

I had to replace my air conditioning unit in my condominium in Encino on June 19, 2020 and the job done by Bernardino's Air Conditioning. The technician in charge of the installation was Sergio and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with his performance and I'll recommend his services to all my friends and people I know.
