Bernardino's Air Conditioning

I've been using Bernardino's A/C for maintenance on my air conditioner. This time when Joel came out he noticed a problem with my air filter base and recommended several services to improve the quality I've been getting from my unit. He explained very throughly and was very patient with all the questions I had. He made sure my concerns were acknowledged and even came out the day of my service to ensure I was fully taken care of by the team! Everyone I have met with from Bernardino's has always been courteous and professional. They really care for their customers' needs. I'm glad I have this great company to turn to if I ever need them on one of the most important units in my home. Thank you so much Joel for your hard work and service! Bernardino'salways does a great job of servicing our two evaporative coolers. All their technicians are very friendly and fair about only doing what I can afford . I've had them work on my coolers and also install a furnace. We had some glitches during that installation, but over two more visits they addressed all the isues. Their more experienced, older techs seem to be more knowledgeable than the younger guys. Thank you Bernardino's!

Erik and Alex were very helpful in assessing and explaining the problem with our AC unit, and were able to advise immediately with the appropriate solution to get it back up and running. They were also helpful in providing tips in maintaining our unit so that it continues to operate. We were so glad to go with them versus a different company. Thorough and quality work. Will call Bernardino's Air Conditioning again if we need anymore AC repair/maintenance for years to come.

For over twenty years Bernardino's has been servicing my heating/air conditioner unit as needed. I would not call anyone else. Jim is great and so are his technicians. Thanks to Bernardino's, the temperature in my home is to my exact liking. Five stars and two thumbs up.

We have been using Jim and his Company Bernardino Air Conditioning for years. They are a very professional company with knowledgeable technicians that explain everything very thoroughly. They have installed a whole new system for us and kept it well maintained through the years. We highly recommend this company and we do refer them to family and friends.

Last week my AC went out, I had one company come out, after looking at the unit for less than 5 mins and tested nothing quoted me $6800 for a new system. Today i had Raymond from Bernardino's Air Conditioning come out, Raymond did some tests and fixed the problem in less than a hour and for $80. He went out of his way to explain everything he did, Great company to deal with and if i need my AC system looked at again Bernardino's Air Conditioning will be my first call,

Scheduled a summer a/c tune up and the experience was great. Erick C. service technician went above and beyond and appreciated his work and thoroughness. Arrived on time, professional work, cleaned well after work completed. Photos taken during job for easy communication. Highly recommend.

It is that time of year when you know you want your HVAC unit to run smoothly. You need the A/C maintenance done quickly, correctly, and at a reasonable cost. I was so lucky to have found the company that checked off all the boxes. Erik was my tech and he did everything he was suppose to do and gave me a new filter as well. I will call them again for sure.
