Everyone is professional and warm ( no pun intended:) We had Warm Floors install our warm radiant heat floors over 20 years ago. It was a new system in a house built in 1988. I have only had them come out twice since then. The only reason they came this time was we installed a new hot water heater and crossed the lines. It was our fault. I was shocked when I called and Kim remembered me and the job! Jay was there the next day.

Warm Floors originally designed the concrete slab floor heating system 15 years ago. It has worked very well and kept us nice and toasty during the winter. Our water has some natural minerals that eventually cause valves to clog up. Called Warm Floors and told them the problem, they said we'll be out on Monday (1 day) ...Sergio showed up on time...worked feverishly for about 3 hours; replaced the heat exchanger unit and the faulty zone valve actuators. every thing now works as it did when it was originally installed. This company was very good to work with in the original installation and continues to perform very well. I recommend them highly.

Warm floors was recommended by an electrician to install a new heat pump hot water heater. This product is fairly new on the market and they made sure to do the proper homework to install and proper permitting. Alex and Daniel did great work and explained every step of their process so I understood my new product. Jay came the next day to make sure everything was in order. Great experience all the way around!

In 1999, Warm Floor installed a radiant heating system in our new 2-story home (both lower and upper floors). We love radiant heat, and over the last 20 years, Warm Floor has kept our system running smoothly. We've always been impressed with their willingness to help solve a problem, their technical expertise, and their fair and reasonable service pricing. Thumbs up !!

I returned from a holiday to freezing bedroom and office. Called Warm Floors (they had installed our system over 20 years ago). First, they tried to trouble shoot on the phone (loved that), because we couldn't get to the bottom of the issue Eric came the next day. He was able to take care of the issue quickly and he explained how to care for the system to give more years of good life. VERY professional & responsive. These guys are the best!!

Warm Corp West (formally Warm Floor) is quick to respond and always easy to communicate with. Honestly, that is 80% of the customer experience ---being able to clearly communicate expectations, and their expertise in the HVAC business. These people answer the phone on the first ring. Sergio was great and resolved our water heater issue.

We installed a Warm Floors radiant heating system in our house 25 years ago. This included installing a solar water heating system integrated into the heating system. It has performed well over the years, requiring minimal maintenance. They recently checked out the system and replaced temperature sensors in the solar heating circuit. The work was done competently by a good technician, and the system is again heating water domestic hot water and water used in the radiant heating system.

For the past two years since their initial installation by Warm Floors, we have enjoyed the subtle comfort of our radiant, hydronic heating system. This past winter, some air was introduced into one of the zones which resulted in some gurgling noises in the walls. In addition, another subcontractor accidentally de-pressurized the system when making an unrelated plumbing repair. I called Warm Floors to address both issues and, within days, a knowledgeable, friendly Warm Floors technician was out to address both issues quickly and cleanly. When there was another, subsequent pump failure a day later, they were right back out, no questions asked to address it as part of the original scope. Since then, for the remainder of the winter and spring, we've enjoyed radiant heating again.

Between their quality and detailed initial installation and their great follow through on service, I'd recommend Warm Floors for hydronic radiant heating, any time.

Late in the afternoon yesterday, I realized that the expansion tank in my heating had sprung a major leak. Water was spraying all over. I called Warm Floors minutes before they were closing. Rather than make me wait until this morning, Mike (the owner) had Alex (an ace installer) wait, checked that they had the part, and sent Alex out to replace the tank. He came right out, arrived masked and gloved (important in these times of social distancing), replaced the tank and verified that all was working. I got the bill this morning--surprisingly and pleasantly low! I could not be more satisfied with the team's responsiveness, professionalism, and the value of the service. What's more, Kristine emailed today to check that we were warm and cozy. We are! Thank you to the entire Warm Floors team!
