Warm Floors installed the radiant heat system when we build our home. They have been wonderful whenever we have had a need to call us right back, solve problems over the phone and their technicians are always on time, polite and knowledgeable. Great company

I've been a customer since 1992 when Warm Floors installed my system in the new house I was building. It still works great and was one of the best options I chose while building the house. Service has been great ever since.

In 2003, Warm Floors installed a complete house heating system with hydronic pipes in the two floors of our house. Since that time, and except for a couple of valves that needed replacement due to age-related wear and tear, this system has kept us warm and cosy during the colder months with no incidents. Over these 17 years, none. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Warm Floors installed a radiant heating system in our home in Portola Valley. We were extremely happy with their professionalism, knowledge, and the final result.

They were able to provide same day service. That doesn't always happen, but they make the effort consistently. We have a warm floor system which does require ongoing maintenance. They keep the system working well.

Excellent response , from the initial phone call where we tried to trouble shoot the problem, to the prompt arrival of the technician, who quickly resolved the issue. All in the week leading up to Thanksgiving.

Showed up on time, diagnosed problem quickly, and made all repairs within the same visit.
