I have been using Warm Floors (Warm Corp West) for almost 25 years. It all the time, they have been courteous , and timely in all my interactions with them. The office staff are easy to work with and the technicians are great!

Sergio came over last week to replace a faulty check valve and now my system is up and running without all the clattering noise. Thank you very much Warm Corp West for all your help. Pat Graham

I have had Warm floors as our heating system for 20 years and this is the first time I had an issue, so I called them for a service call and everyone who I talked to from Kim, the Office Manager, to Jordan, the Schedule Coordinator, to Sergio, the Service Technician, was so pleasent to talk to and nice and they all made it so easy and seamless. Most pleasant service experience ever. I wish all service calls were like this. Sergio came when promised and he diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and just like that we had heat in our home again. I cannot speak highly and recommend Warm Floors enough. They are top notch and first class!

Warm Corp West did an excellent job with a timely and complex boiler replacement that required extensive plumbing, gas line and electrical work to make the new boiler work in the small wall space we had available and where all lines had been configured for the prior, and very different boiler. Jay, the primary installer, was highly knowledgeable, skilled and experienced. All staff were courteous, professional and thorough. The scheduling team were very effective in making sure that the work got scheduled even though I was busy with a number of pressing work obligations and I had not been very responsive to them as a result. The new boiler performed highly immediately from the initial completion of installation, with no need for a service call-back.

Warm Corp West was able to visit our site the day after the initial call, even with our 90 minute one-way commute.

My 1978 Floating Home needed serious repairs and updates in 2007. Warm Floors provided a new heating system and on demand hot water that has served me well. After about 12 years, Eric replaced some valves, and recently had a F-13 failure. I called Warm Floors, they prioritized my call because I was without heat or hot water. Sergio arrived about 9:30 am, quickly made repairs and checked to be sure that the system had no other problems. I couldn't be more delighted with my warm floors, their prompt and efficient service, and highly recommend Warm Floors to anyone interested in keeping themselves warm. Thank you!

I have been a Warm Floors customer ever since they installed my home radiant heating system back in year 2000. Every time I call them for any service question OR service work, they are always on time, prompt in their response and deliver outstanding quality service. Over the last week, they came to perform maintenance on system. Their engineers and technicians are experts and very knowledgeable in any product or service they provide - their workmanship is par excellence. They do not cut corners when it comes to quality and performance, and when they leave, they perform multiple tests to ensure there are absolutely no loose ends in the system they have installed. Special shoutout to Sergio, who serviced our system and explained all the details of how the system works - no wonder Warm Floors is the best there is and continues to remain so.

Have not received the bill yet but Sergio was prompt, intelligent, efficient and quick. Everything you want in a contractor.

On very short notice (our nearly 20 year old Polaris water heater had died) the Warm Floors team installed a new water heater which was recommended for its specific compatibility with our existing system. The installation involved additional piping/soldering and wiring to ensure it worked harmoniously with our existing system. The result was a clean, professional-grade unit and hardware piping/wiring which has worked perfectly since.

The team was very diligent, hard-working and communicative. We trusted them right from the start to come and go as needed over a period of two days, and along the way they were a courteous, friendly, unobtrusive presence in our household.

Warm Floors is THE hydronic system specialist you want to use if you have a hydronic project. I tried to specify them from the start but my GC insisted otherwise. Eventually, I got them in to finish the job my contractors were supposed to complete. Experienced, knowledgable, with a professional office in support.

Warm Floors installed the whole-house radiant heat system in my house in 2012. They were fantastic contractors and hit all of their timelines as part of a very complex overall project. My general contractor loved them for being extremely reliable on time and deliverables. The system has worked flawlessly for eight years, and when there recently was a minor furnace issue they were super responsive and fixed it within 48 hours. Highest recommendation -- you won't be disappointed.
