My system has been messed up for a while. And In the California heat, it’s been miserable. After talking to a few companies and getting quotes, I decided to call R&R heating and cooling. So glad I did! They were out the next day, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care, same day. Incredible customer service!

Outstanding experience with R&R Heating and Cooling! I returned home from a vacation in Michigan to my A/C blowing hot hair in July (!!!) and needed help fast! After getting in touch with R&R, I was told the earliest I could be serviced was the following day at 5PM (not bad really on such short notice), but they'd keep me in mind for any cancellations or possible earlier appointments! Sure enough, they called first and said they had a new opening at 1 pm (hope!), and subsequently the next morning ended up with a slot available by 11 AM (Not even too hot yet! Yes!) The technicians arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue in minutes, showed me the options and didn't try and "up-sell" me on anything, and had my A/C blowing cold air before my wife returned home from the gym! (huge score!) Additionally, the technicians were professional, personable, and highly courteous! Very strongly recommended, and will be referring anyone I know that needs HVAC service to them in the future. Thank you R&R!

“God must love us”, exclaimed my Mom, after we signed a contract with the kind and distinguished Mr. Richard Rogero, the highly professional and knowledgable company owner and founder, who provided us with a premium, state-of-the art 4-ton central heating and A/C unit. My family and I feel like we won the LOTTERY! Mr. Rogero graciously delivered our brand new unit himself, and his extraordinary technicians and experts installed our energy-efficient unit (which is made in the USA!) last month. Due their stellar professionalism, we finally have a cool, comfortable home in the summer after an entire decade! And, our beautiful new unit will save us 25 percent in utility bills.
RR Heating, Electric, and Air had previously repaired ductwork last winter; in our tiny attic, the plenum was detached from the ducts, so all the heat was leaking into the attic and our house was freezing. Our old heating company had not properly installed our previous unit. Instead of tearing up the ceiling for access to the plenum, the remarkable staff was able to access the problem area by physically getting into that small (crawl) space between the ceiling and attic! No dusty mess for us to deal with! Also, they did an amazing job of cleaning all the air ducts, and did so in a very clean manner, far better than another company we had worked with in the past. They even made sure to first clean then to seal around the borders of each and every air vent with silicone. After they left, we felt strong gusts of heat from our air vents, which was unimaginable before! We are very fortunate to have benefitted from their professionalism and thoughtfulness. The office staff is very friendly as well: Liat, Rita, Carmen, Kasey, and Chris are all a pleasure to communicate with.

Randy is the very best. He's personable, very family oriented, and professional. From the beginning of the process of making an appointment, I felt patiently listened to, and received a prompt apnt. When Randy dealt with my husband, he took his time and explained every detail, was fair, and respectful. In the end his workers worked dilligently to finish the next day. Just because Randy felt bad my husband lost a fish in his tank that day, Randy showed up to replace one just because they had a common interest in fish. What company would go out of their way like that?! We now are enjoying a new fish but better yet an "excellent" Heat/COOLING system from R&R. They truly are who you can count on.

I woke up to my ceiling dripping water. Upon quick inspection in my attic, I found the A/C drip tray full of water (clogged drain?). I called R&R right away and explained the situation. “We’ll have someone call you within the hour.” As I waited for the call, I tried scooping some of the water and pouring bleach into the drain. 1 hour and 9 minutes passed and no phone call. I called back to check on the status of my service and the guy said “we’ll have someone call you within the hour.” I frustratingly asked about my phone call more than an hour ago and he could tell me nothing. My ceiling is still dripping water at this point. I tried cutting off all water to the house to see if that would do something (it didn’t). Another hour went by and no phone call. Fed up, I called a different business and was helped immediately. As I write this, it is 2.5 hours after my first call and I am still waiting for anyone to call me. Thanks guys. Really. Thanks. I wish I could give 0 stars. Go with someone else

My furnace was down and we had family in town, Randy came out and got us going the same day amazing service, and the furnace looked brand new when he left! I love this place and will never use anybody else for any heating and air-conditioning needs.
