Veterans choice does all things you would expect and more. They answered phone on first call. Made appointment for estimate. Sent text an email confirming. Sent text when on the way. Sent email of estimate of work. I booked appointment. Techs Alfredo and Nick showed up on time. Started work immediately. The job took 5 hours. Not once did I see them goofing off. You know on their phone for long periods or out at the truck snacking or smoking. These guys worked hard, started at 9 no breaks until completion. Basically what you would expect from a service company is exactly what they delivered. Side note. We all know a guy. My buddy who is in the business was going to do me a solid and get the work done for me. He has been too busy and I got tired of waiting. Veterans Choice beat my buddies price by $215.00. Good company skilled techs fair price great quality. Happy customer in Canyon Lake.

Water heater was not working and needed a new part. Stephen called me right away to fit me in as soon as possibly on their schedule. Brian came out on time and changed out the part. So incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain so many things to us. Thank you so much!

Josh arrived early and diagnosed the problem immediately. He repaired the unit with parts on his truck and was on his way in about 40 mins. He was very friendly and professionally.

Veteran’s Choice was fast to respond to my call, scheduled an appointment, and identified the issue on the same day. Once the issue was identified, they scheduled the water heater install the very next morning. They completed the repair, provided some preventive measures, and were professionals during the whole process. These guys are a class act and great at what they do. I will use them for any future issues with heating, air, or plumbing.
