Thank you Randy and the team at R&R Heating and Cooling for our new HVAC system! They did an amazing job. R&R has made a once daunting process a pleasant experience.
Randy has been professional, quick, courteous, patient, and thorough. He explained the different options, and helped with solutions to the bad install from the builder. Randy quickly responded to all of our questions during and after our appointment and helped us decide on a system. We got a great deal and very happy with the system, pricing, and warranty. Also, we were told by other vendors we needed lay concrete in the area of the A/C unit prior to install. Randy suggested pea gravel and would take care of it for us. We didn’t have to organize anything for installation. This was a huge help with our busy schedules. No other vendor offered an easy solution.
I cannot forget to also thank Sam and Tyler for the amazing installation job they did. They are both professional, courteous, and respectful. They are mindful they are working in a home. Sam, Tyler as well as Randy didn’t mind my nosy dogs. After a long hot day of installation, they were wrapping up as I was returning home. They already showed my husband how to use the system. They took more time to patiently explain to me how to use the system.
After installation day, Randy contacted us to see how we like our new system. Their customer service is awesome. We have had the best experience with R&R Heating and Cooling, bar none.

Got my AC Unit worked on today, The Technician Tyler was great, very professional, knowledgable from keeping the carpet and work area clean to communicating about the repair in lay man's terms, the job was completed. Very satisfied with the work, the staff and R&R Heating and Cooling, would recommend Tyler and the company 100% .

Dustin and Andre were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Randy and his team are amazing. Here are just some of the reasons I’m writing this 5 star review:
• The whole team was extremely nice and professional
• We got a great deal on a new AC unit and the installation went smoothly
• The whole team was really great with my curious dog
• They cleaned my back porch after they were done
• They routed the water runoff away from my porch at no additional charge (something I’ve been trying to figure out a solution to for over a year now)
• We had a very old water heater that started leaking the day after the AC installation. Even though his team didn’t touch the water heater, Randy still answered my frantic call at 9:00pm on a Friday night, ran down to Home Depot to pick up a new water heater unit minutes before they closed, drove over an hour to get to our place, and installed it around midnight for us. The dude looks out for his customers, big time.

Dustin was very professional while providing us with alternatives for repair or replacement of our furnace. Price estimates were very reasonable and all three of the technicians (Dustin, G and Mike) were very knowledgeable in their field. Thanks for the service.

1st of all I want to say this is a very hot day in California and we called a couple other places and they don't to give us the time of day,at least that how we felt like. So we called R and R Heating and cooling, and the 1st thing was the receptionist at the office was very very nice and she got ahold of Randy and he was close by and he said why don't I meet you at the house and we said oh that's a great idea! So when he got here he fixed the unit and he is the nicest man , the whole company is wonderful !! The receptionist and Randy was on it ! He was quick, he was fast very, very extremely knowledgeable, he made us feel like we were family. a He is going to take care of our air condition from now on ! We will be needing two new air conditioning
units next year we told him, and we're gonna need a new pool unit and he does it all I have never seen such quick , kind, honest customer service ever . You will be completely satisfied with R and R Heating and Cooling ! Love them !!

Awesome experience!!! On the hottest day of the year, Randy found a way to fit me in and fix my AC. This company is top notch, very reasonable priced and very reliable. Without question will use them on a regular basis at my business. If you want honest, fair and reliable call R&R Cooling and Heating.

I just had a new air conditioner and heater installed by R&R I highly recommend them. Very professional, the best installers and all other employees are very helpful and friendly. A friend of mine had also used R&R and she is the one that recommended them to me so happy she did so.

If only every heating and cooling company offered this level of service, integrity and expertise. These guys fixed a problem with our AC units that had been misdiagnosed by another company. I was look at a 5K bill to replace units and luckily decided to get a second opinion with R&R. Highly recommended! Saved me $4850:)

Warning!!!! Hired this contractor to replace my furnace! I got nothing but LIES from all levels of Employees. NO City Permit was obtained. How can these people called themselves License HVAC contractors. I received some of the most NOTORIOUS LIES why a permit was not obtain. I wonder how many people got furnaced installed without a permit. Beware this is ILLEGAL and your Insurance will be compromised. Next, He switched out the furnace from an AC Pro to some poorly rated brand. Horrendous Lies to Justify this. Third, I ask about the Bullish warranty that is written on the contract. He is unable to produce the pertinent documents to support his claim , further the Manufacturer DISPUTE those warranty claims. This Company needs to have their license removed.
