Action Air Conditioning & Heating

Technician arrived on time. He spent some time in the service truck.. I think he was researching the error code. He inspected the furnace and checked the condensate line to make sure it was working. That was all -- the charge was $167. The reason I called for service was because of the error code 225. The furnace was working all right. The next day after the Technician visit, the furnace was not working. It seems to try to heat but there is not much air that passes through the vent. I have a regular maintenance scheduled for 10/11/21. I hope this Technician can get the furnace working. The furnace is 6 years old.

Quoted an amount for this company to come service my AC unit. The tech did not need to preform a repair or service due to not finding a issue. He stated that he cleaned the wires on the unit outside and it was not a charge and “complementary” since the findings were the unit was perfectly fine. Calls due to the wrong amount being charged have been unanswered and not refunded. I filed fraud and now my bank believed their lies of the excessive amount they charged when no actual work was preformed and the tech was here less then 15 minutes! Legal action will be taken. Don’t use this company! Find another repair company.

Josh and his partner did a fantastic job. Josh was very knowledgeable and will to share with me each step of what he was doing and why. He respected my home and took great care of my wood floors and cleaned up everything before he left. It is rare today to find any professional technician today who takes the time to may a homeowner feel they are important and to take all the steps necessary to complete a perfect job.

I called Action Air Conditioning last week and scheduled an appointment to have my Air Conditioner looked at. The appointment process was simple and straight forward. They were upfront with the fact that they charge a minimum service charge in addition to whatever repairs are needed. Leading-up to the appointment, I received a call reminding me about my appointment the next following business day. I was also given a time-frame of when I can expect the technician to show-up. On the day of the appointment, I received an email containing information about the technician, including a picture. The technician, Arturo Rivera, arrived at more towards the earlier part of that window I was given. Arturo was very friendly, professional and identified the problem right away. After a quick swap of a capacitor, my central air was up and running again. I will definitely call Action Air Conditioning again for anything related to my home's heating and air.

I had been dreading having to decide whether it would be best to try to repair or replace my a/c unit. I met with 2 other companies representatives and while their professionalism, knowledge and customer service were adequate, I had the privilege of working with Justin from Action Air Condition. From the moment he entered my home, I experienced his excellent customer service. He immediately covered his shoes, asked if he could explain my options. He proceeded to provide me with brocher's to review from various manufacturer's and had me review all 1the data on his computer so that I could make an informed decision. He wanted to know my needs and budgetary concerns. He spent a great deal of time explaining each product and checking out the unit inside and out. After his thorough presentation of my options, I felt I could make an informed and immediate decision. I did not have to think about whether to go forward with signing a contract on the spot, as Justin won over my trust and confidence immediately. As a senior citizen, these qualities are more important than the cost of the unit. I valued his opinions as he treated me as though he was caring for his own grandmother. Justin made a dreaded decision a pleasant experience without any regrets. Justin was professional, thorough, patient, respectful, kind and compassionate. He possess all the qualities of an excellent emloyee and is truly an asset to your company. It was a pleasure doing business with your company, and if Justin is a representative of all your employees, I would highly recommend your company to family and friends!

Thomas and Nathaniel were professional, upfront and installed my new A/C unit, took out the old one and new thermostat install as well.Happy with service. Seems to be working great.
