Derek Sawyer’s Heating & Air Conditioning

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. This company is unprofessional, incompetent, and untrustworthy. I've called six times in regards to my appointment and each time I was promised that someone would return my call before a specific date. Needless to say, my call has still not been returned. I am still waiting for my problem to be resolved. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else.

Had a PG&E (utility Funded) service completed by Derek Sawyer's Smart Energy and it one of the best services that I have ever invested in. I was so impressed with everything that the technician inspected. He looked at our ac, the furnace, all the duct work and he even safety tested all the gas appliances. The technician that came to my house was very knowledgable, very professional & curtious. The office had exceptional customer service as well. I highly recommend them to any one in the need of heating & air service

I had my unit install in 2013, when they put the unit in it started linking freon I called them to let them know what was happening they sent out four tech to fix the problem..they finally fix the problem after about for weeks of calling. Now 6 year later the system is have the same problem it just won't keep cool. I called them they said because I didn't have a six month maintance with them that my warrant is now void. they said that they will charge me if they have to come and do any repairs on my system.. don't use this company they do faulty work

had to replace everything in my house ac heat and air. They did a fantastic job at a great price. Mike was the service person walked me though the process very professional and punctual did an all around great job.

Needed a diagnostic done on my a/c unit so I called Derek Sawyers. They came out the same day and found my issue within 15 minutes. The tech gave me the price to fix it and approved it. My house was fixed the same day. Glad I called this company. Special thanks to Tony.

Called this morning and they were able to fit us in and Duane came out and saved the day by replacing the Capacitor on the AC and also did a AC maintenance while he was there,a outstanding young man and very professional,Highly recommended +++++.

This is a fantastic air conditioning heating place. They can send people out to give you estimates and they explain in great detail what all the costs are.

I recommend this company to all my friends and family for any cooling and heating issues, they are very professional ,very reasonable price and top of everything they are so friendly ,Mike sales manager and CO- owner came by my house gave me an estimate and took care of my issues .Within one day I had a brand new Hvac installed. Thank you you guys!!!!!!
