Pros 360

Excellent!!! We are so pleased with Air Pros. They have been excellent from beginning to end. Nissim was very helpful in providing his proposal, helping us evaluate our options and with coordinating the financing. We had quite a bit of work done, new A/C, furnace and tankless water heater. The work crews were very professional, and did a great job. Martha (and Brian) took great care in scheduling everything and maintained continual communication throughout the process. Excellent follow-through and we qualified for the energy rebates...Yay! Air Pros handled the whole energy application process. Our home is amazingly efficient now..... the balanced distribution of air/heat throughout the whole house is amazing. Highly recommend them!!

Post-Covid, I'd heard horror stories from friends about having repairmen come into their homes without masks, etc. But our Pros360 rep wore a mask and gloves the entire time. It helped put my family at ease. We will definitely be using them in the future and recommend to all our friends.

Devon was very punctual and courteous. He gave a thorough inspection and offered good advice on how we could save money on future heating bills. We have recommend Pros360 to family and friends.

Nobody wants to pay to have their air conditioner serviced. Unfortunately, avoiding the issue could be very risky and very expensive. So if you have to do it, you can't find a better place to go than Pros360. The technician that came to my home (John) took his time with everything, took pictures, explained everything to me, and gave me what I felt was a very efficient, succinct and thorough report. In addition to the report, I received an estimate for recommended maintenance, a separate estimate for needed repairs and a third estimate for some enhancements that I asked about. Finally, there was no pressure to buy a bunch of stuff, or pay for things I did not need. I would recommend Pros 360 and call them in the future if needed without hesitation.

tldr: I can't say enough positive things about Pros 360, their thoroughness, and their honesty. I trust them throroughtly to do an amazing job every time. I have been turning to Pros 360 for about 9 years. When I first moved into my house 9 years ago, the duct work was so bad that some rooms were boiling hot when the heat was on and some were freezing. Pros 360 did an amazing job on that. I later turned to them to install an air filter. I recently turned to them to install AC. This past week, my Nest thermostat was throwing a warning that the heat was turning off after 15 min. Jonathan and John iterated through a number of test and experiments to get to the bottom of the problem. They spent 4 hours on this in day one, ordered a part, and came back day 2 and spent another 4 hours on the rouge issue. They kept me informed of there hypothesis and progress. In the end, they realized that an earlier guess and replacement part they installed wasn't part of the issue. They didn't charge me for the part. That is the kind of honest work they conduct. Use Pros 360 for all your AC and HVAC needs. You can trust them to do an excellent job at a fair price and to be honest and forthright about the work they do.

The technician Fidel showed up early, was very friendly and informative about what needed to happen and took care of everything. He was minimally disrupted to the work environment. At the end of the work, he was very informative on what work was done and showing photos, what work upcoming would need to be done if any and answered all of my questions.

David and his partner came today, they were very professional and friendly. They explained to me options to change my AC unit and they repair in the roof some issue that I had. Great service!

Guy is arrogant yells at his employees has anger issues. Rips off customers. I don't know how he got 5 starts from you people? Techs quit left and right.The technicians say beware of this greedy owner. I have busted him ripping off a customers, he told the customer he needed a new unit, well guess what it was just a outside motor. 400 bucks later it was running great. I am a technican at another company and have busted this guy several times. People always get a second or third opinion. I also met 2 technicians who worked at this company before and say the same thing, "worst experience ever!". He would make office girls cry and berate them .

Quit being a jerk to employees and ripping off customers. Also technicans has a 30k quota
To meet every month so customers you are in the crosshairs. Beware of this company

My A/C went out during a heat wave on Saturday evening 7/6/18. Pros 360 called me on 7/7/18, Sunday early morning, and came out and fixed the A/C, and took care of the problem. "Pros 360 came to the rescue because the house was really hot". Excellent service, and got the A/C going and the house cooled. I plan on using them in the future. Very good service, and went step by step with what is going on with the HVAC units.
