Pros 360

Nothing worse than a 25 hour power outage (thanks DWP), followed by A/C not working. Had an appointment within 24 hours (thanks to good timing with a cancellation). Johnny was up on my roof for a good 90 minutes plus figuring out what was happening. When done, he showed me on an iPad the exact details and measurements of my HVAC and what he recommended to get it all working again. Prices were probably average for these kinds of repairs (higher than I'd like, but is what it is). Attitude was great, honest, friendly, made his recommendations and let me make my decisions. Decided to go with a service contract for the next year, as seems like a solid company to do business with (and recommended by my plumber of many years).

Highly recommend these guys! Incredibly nice and professional, which is a rare but wonderful thing. Super considerate and they just got to work and worked hard. They know their stuff. And they really cared about the whole system being put in my house (new heating and cooling in older house) and how it would work as a whole. No slapping in some unit and calling it done. Cared about every detail, as if it was their own house. Can't say enough about them...a really great experience, you will be happy you chose these guys.

We had a serious problem with our central heating unit. Devan arrived more than an hour earlier than promised (we were freezing) and quickly found that the motor and other related components needed to be replaced. He was able to acquire the replacement parts in about 90 minutes and worked into the darkness of evening. We had heat.
After that, he still took the time (at least 30 minutes) to discuss the importance of changing the HVAC filter regularly and to show me how to connect my smart phone to my Nest thermostat.

John came out after work on a Friday and had to work his way through several problems with my furnace. By the time he left more than three hours later, I had a service agreement, a new thermostat, and most importantly, a working furnace. He was on time, knowledgeable, communicative, very neat, and professional.

I just had my AC units updates and found working with Pros 360 to be an excellent experience from beginning to end. From Chance McCrary who was my very patient salesperson to whom I asked a million questions, to Adam who supervised the job and his guys who did the work at the house (names I don't remember, but still think they were awesome), all the people at this company were a pleasure to work with. Nissim, the owner, even came by at the end of the job to check on everything.

Having had experiences with many HVAC companies over the last 25 years I found most of those companies less than stellar. This time I felt confident about the company and the work. I had been recommended to Pros 360 by a friend who was very satisfied with their work, and I can wholeheartedly say that I would recommend this company to other people.

I consistently have great service from Pros 360 and today's visit was no different. Leon was really helpful when I first called to make an appointment and when there was a small snag in the timing he called me right away to remedy the situation. My technician Jonathan was great - polite and professional during the initial diagnostic of my HVAC unit. After his routine checkup he suggested that I change the location of my filter so that my ventilation would work more efficiently - and, in the long term, economically. Now I personally have the ability to change out the filter more often (per their suggestion) to prevent overworking my A/C throughout the year. I've always felt Pros 360's pricing reflects the awesome service they provide and every technician that I've had experience with has always been super helpful (and patient!) when I ask a dozen questions about how best to maintain my HVAC system between routine visits. Having central heat and air is a huge luxury in Los Angeles, and if you're one of the lucky ones to have your own unit I HIGHLY recommend these guys to help you maintain it!
